No breakfast provided by hotel, however the hotel location nearby to the many eateries and also fast food eg KFC, Mcdonalds as well..Also the hotel is beside the Giant mall and very near to Lotus shopping mall. I love the room, even the hotel is consider the low star hotel, but the facilities is as expectation, room & toilet are well maintained, the room quite is big compared to other hotel in same price range, have enough space to pray (some hotel the space is only enough just to walk and put the bags).

Staff is friendly

The wifi is not working. Water Heater only has hot water, not warm water. Staff is always not at the counter, making checking in and checking out very hard. I waited more than 40 minutes for the staff to come back to check out, so I have to rush to the airport.

The location is good, near to where i needed to be and there are many eateries, banks & marts nearby

The surrounding place is extremely quiet after 10pm that it felt a bit spooky

There were no space for bike parking, everyone needs parking not only for the car Inside lock of the door was broken And when the last time I check in the housekeeping open my door when I was sleeping, they even didn't say sorry for it and when I complain to front counter (receptionist) they also didn't apologies for that and keep arguing with me
