Jasmin Beach Hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I would especially like to thank all the service staff for their kindness and excellent service. The animation team were also friendly and did their best to entertain the guests. My room was really nice, clean and comfortable, and the location of the hotel was convenient.

Although there was a lot of variety in the food, unfortunately the taste was not quite suitable for Turkish tastes. The food options were also quite similar from day to day, so there could have been more variety. The sea was quite cloudy and didn’t really feel connected to the hotel. There was also no food or drink service directly by the beach, so we had to return to the hotel whenever we wanted something. By the time we came back, our drinks were often no longer cold. The animation team did their best, but there were not enough staff to provide a wider range of activities.

Colazione ottima. In generale direi tutto bene. Soprattutto la vicinanza dalla spiaggia anche se il numero di ombrellone sdraio risultava inferiore alla domanda degli ospiti. Piscine belle e ben tenute.

What makes this hotel to stand out is friendly, helpful staff and nice park area. Close location to city is also a great benefit. Water slides, pools and nearby sea encouraged children a lot. Spa and entertainment staff are the most welcoming and professional.

The room cleaning was dreadful, very dirty floor, bathroom. The sofa bed that was said to be a sleeping place was absolutely uncomfortable, didn't have a protective cover, so that sofa was all in spots. The pillow was without a pillowcase. At the arrival there happened to be no soap filled in the bathroom, toilet paper etc, the phone wasn't working, although it was not earlier than 14:00. Management settled everything quickly, but this shouldn't happen to guests. Minor issues: ice cream was not available during the specified by the hotel period of time, it was given out either in the very beginning of the snack time or at the very end.
