Josep was exceptional and went above and beyond! Everything was perfect!

Very easy to pick up the keys. Apt was as described and met the needs of what we needed. Parking in the exterior parking lot outside was fantastic - no need to worry about squeezing in a SUV.

The parking lot directions were a little confusing but we figured it out with help of the support team. Super friendly and helpful.

Getting the information for property access up front was challenging. Completing the registration form did not go well and the process was complicated. Sending info a week in advance would have been better and allowed for problems. It made me worry about our stay. Once we arrived. It was excellent location - view - feedback from hosts. The parking space under the building is SO SMALL so I would not count on it unless you have a 2 seater car.

The location is amazing. Very central so you're close to shopping, restaurants, both old town areas. There are great playgrounds in the area too.

Parking was a bit difficult. You need to get the keys, drive down a step slightly narrow driveway, and then use a key to open the garage. The spots are...European, so plan accordingly.
