All good.
No complimentary water in the room, I mean REALLY! They charged of a bottle of water.

Chamber service was excellent, better than other venues with more stars.
The breakfast offer was wide, good quality and regularly refreshed.
Staff were friendly and professional across the board. They met my request for anniversary bouquet and chilled bottle to be placed in the room very thoughtfully.
Excellent central location. Safe and well lit route to and from main sights.
It was not possible for a taxi to the airport to be reserved in advance, due to other events taking place in the city.

The location was great which is why I booked this hotel.
There did seem to be a lack of staff and this reflected on their helpfulness.
No offer on registration to help with suitcases. There were stairs to the room.
Rooms were cleaned very late in the day, often at inconvenient times. Not nice to come back to a non cleaned room.
