Lovely well presented property and the room was bright, clean and very comfortable. Lots of little touches that made our stay wonderful and Liz was incredibly attentive going above and beyond looking after us. Great breakfast too!

Nothing seemed to be to much trouble eg text the hosts to ask if 2 wine glasses could be put in our room and when we got back they were in our room

I booked this last minute to have a break. It was everything and more that I needed. Liz and Alex were the perfect hosts, gave me space in the evening when I needed it but with the most lovely breakfast and company in the morning when I was ready for it 😊 all my female friends (and mum) are jealous of what a wonderful time I had. I was spoilt rotten, from the room being ready earlier than expected to an offer to pick me up from Henley and use the kitchen as my own. I had the best break away from home that let me unwind as I needed! Thank you Liz and Alex for being so generous with your beautiful home and your unstinting hospitality.

Very friendly hosts that offered to collect from train station. Really comfortable room with excellent bed....so much so we overslept breakfast but Liz was very understanding. Excellent coffee! Vi

The location was quiet but we could also walk to the centre of the town. The rooms were lovely, really clean, and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and really helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast.
