Baño (wc) sin ventilación

La ubicación excelente, una cuadra tranquila y a pasos de restaurantes, en un edificio reciclado muy señorial.

El desayuno bueno, pero escaso. Le faltaría algún detalle más por ser 4 estrellas.

There is no facility of helping carrying the luggage.

The location was good for us because of the proximity to the Airport Express Bus stop, and that was the main reason we chose the hotel. The room was not bad, we had the two twin beds that we requested, and there was also a sofa. The breakfast was good. We loved the character of the building, that they kept most of its original structures, and the art pieces throughout.

We were treated badly by the person that was at the reception, even before our arrival, which was at around 9:30 PM. We needed directions to get to the hotel, so we called them. That lady was so nasty, she claimed that she didn't know the streets around the hotel, asked us to use Google Maps, and made fun of us when we told her that at the moment we were offline, unable to use it. When we finally made it to the hotel, she was so rude throughout the whole process of registration, and even gave us the wrong room number! Can you imagine getting this treatment after arriving in a strange city, tired and hungry? That person does not belong in the hospitality business. I was very happy I did not have to deal with her the next morning when checking out.

Awesome location, lively area.

Toilet does not have regular door! it is basically in the room which made my stay uncomfortable. We got two twin beds connected instead of queen bed.

they gave me the worst room in the underground floor with a view to a hole. horrible pillows and staff not helpful
