Services, lots of defective equipment and assistance at all. I sent two reminders before I arrived saying to check if intercom and remote opening of gate and building door working. Arrived, it was not working. They did not send maintenance before day 5. The maintenance person told me that they do maintenance only every two months!

Great location and very nice flat

Check in at 16:00 is very late and there was no place to store our bags before Check-in. Also a TV would have been good to have with a young family

great, modern and good value for money. only a short walk to the centre. would definitely use again.

I was due to stay here 25th-27th November. The company later emailed asking for a deposit for the stay and I.d. of both people staying. After supplying these, I received a call on 22/11/22 late in the evening advising me the host would not let us stay and that if I cancelled the booking on my end I'd be issued a full refund. Fast forward to 05/12/22 and I'm still waiting on my refund despite chasing this multiple times...

the agency or agent’s delayed me lot with the details of the flat and they announced me when I was there at the address about deposit…. 300£ they say they won’t give me details if I don’t pay the deposit and I call them many times for details after payment…. very frustrating and unprofessional team there ….oh and they give me the flat details 18.00 pm and I was waiting 2 hours to let me in… waiting for someone to answer me.

Location is great. The bathroom and kitchen is modern

Immediately on arrival I noticed wet towels and sheets were left to dry in a closed wardrobe and on top of the washing machine. I immediately washed as they were smelling. I then discovered there was nothing to dry the clothes with. No clothes dryer/airer. Also immediately on arrival I noticed the light in the main living area was flickering. I contacted the company straight away. They were quick to ask me to send a video and apologize but during our entire stay no clothes horse/airer was provide nor was the flickering light fixed. We were instead provided with an extra ironing board. The fact that an ironing board was provided to dry clothes was blamed on the poor English of the cleaner. The ad said one large double bed. The bed was not large it was tiny. All the furnishings were dangerous cheap. One chair in the living room broke when we sat on it, prompting us to inspect the other chairs. Another one was also very close to breaking. We were told it would not be possible to provide new chairs. we booked the apartment for four people. There was a maximum of three of everything including cutlery and chairs. Check in day was very busy as we were flying and at this point despite having booking for a few days we were contacted to provide ID and a deposit for breakage. Sounded very suspicious..I could go on…. Management were quick to respond to all our issues but actually never addressed any of them. Bed was ok but the pillows are obviously years old really worn down. The cushions were filthy.

new build, modern apartment, nice hot showers, underfloor heating, wifi, close to the town centre. managed to get a parking space which, contrary to the description, is not guaranteed. fine for a short stay

basic facilities (limited crockery (2 knives, 5 spoons, 3 forks; 2 glasses, etc)). Extremely uncomfortable beds. wet laundry left in closets and in the drying rack. next to a main road so can hear cars and sirens communication with the property pre-check in was poor and had to chase on the check in day for details to be able to access the property when you book via mobile app you cannot see these apartments require a deposit. We were advised by the property on check in day, no deposit no check in. not a great customer experience

It was clean

Cheap mattresses, cheap bedding, wet Washing in wardrobes, furniture cheap, no TV, no comfort, luxury apartment block but not a luxury apartment. Extractor fan very noisy on all the time, no sleep got!

Nothing, it was awful!

Felt like we were staying in a prison, half painted grey walls (around the shapes where the tv etc used to be, not even been repainted), no home comforts at all like the photos. Thin uncomfortable bedding, the 2nd duvet cover was wet so my colleague slept with a damp cover on a box sofa (this is not suitable for 2 people unless you're in the same bed). The pick up was via a dodgy lock box in the pitch black carpark and the key didn't work, I had to call to get help entering the flat. Awful, uncomfortable stay!

We found it hard to get in! In the dark in the rain it was not a particularly pleasant experience.

Location. Modern clean apartment with good security

Checking in process. The only place we stayed out of 18 that needed a copy of our passport emailed and a credit card deposit up front. A bit stressful when travelling as we were worried it was a scam. It was all fine but we then couldn't check in until 7pm as the cleaning was running late which was not good. Also, no tv. No aircon but the windows let in plenty of fresh air.

The apartment is really nice and clean and have everything you need for either short or long stay. Communication was amazing and very helpful. I truly recommend that place!

Great location, in a quiet area. You have Sainsbury's right opposite the building and the beautiful park is just 5 mins away by walk. The flat is cute and it has everything you need, it was overall tidy and clean, apart from the floor.

1. Access was very difficult and it took nearly an hour to actually get in to the flat. There was an extra gate with a keypad that was not mentioned and we had to wait for someone else to open it, the key was not in the correct key box so had to spend a long time messaging and phoning the hosts to eventually get the right box and code to get the key. Also the instructions on entering the flat were incorrect and had to contact the hosts again. 2. A sofa bed was specified in the booking information and also we made it clear that we required one, but there was not one in the flat. 3. There was washing left in the washing machine (we presume by housekeeping). 4. There was no clarity about car parking spaces until we had actually arrived although we had previously notified that we needed two car spaces, and we were then informed that only one was available. 5. We could not get the hob to work, and felt tht the crockery and cutlery was very minimal, especially lack of glasses.

A really Great Location and a lovely bathroom, with parking on site.

Apart from the bathroom, Everything was finished in the apartment to a really basic standard. Pots and pans were dirty, there was no television which is usually a standard in even the worst of hotels, the bedding felt old and used and the mattress super uncomfortable, and the instructions to get in were well communicated but just way too complicated. Also, the car park seemed to be a site for people to squat and the allocated parking was Near to lots of broken glass bottles.
