Juste l'emplacement

Dans l'annonce, " petites chambre double" mais nous avons trouvé un lit superposé, donc ça enduit à l'erreur pour la sélection d'un hébergement, donc déjà avec ma copine nous avons dormi séparés. Mauvaises odeurs provenant des toilettes, chambre petite, l'eau dans la douche pas beaucoup, pour la qualité, le prix est très chère

The location was great and the management answered quickly.

There was no hot water, the light upstairs in bedroom didn’t work and there were no closets.

Excelente ubicación.

La limpieza falló un poco ya que en el baño encontramos algunas cucarachas, sin embargo solo fue en ese espacio y no en todo el cuarto.

We had a minor issue at the outset but our host handled it promptly and efficiently. The most important thing for us is the location is really quite ideal, close to all the cool stuff on the Malecon.

Would have been nice if they would have provided us clean towels without us having to ask several days in. Perhaps they will become a bit more proactive in that area of service.

The bathroom is outside of the room, it's private but removed from the room itself and the air conditioned was not working properly

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was great with temp and all was very clean ... we will or would rent again...

There were just of couple doors that didn't close correctly

Location and self check in were great!

We had 3 people and only 2 towels and no one to ask for additional towels.

The location was excellent! A few steps to get to the malecon! Everything was perfect will give a 10.

The WiFi could of been better.

When it rained, the room didn't get flooded. The bed was large and comfy.

The cockroaches roaming at night. There was a cockroach under the sponge to clean the dishes. It might still be there. The bathroom is outdoors. It was smelly. Probably from the garbage next door Anyone can get in the building. They just gotta wait outside 5-10 min and someone will eventually open the door. Upon arrival, there was someone's hair in the bed, which was not ours as neither of us have long black hair. The bedding was worn and had holes in them. Gap under door to outside area had a gap beneath to allow cockroaches to enter.

Location is convenient. Close to beach,shops, town center and lots of food/ restaurants. Beds were comfy and WiFi worked decently well

No restocking of toiletries, towels, or toilet paper. Had to go out and buy our own TP and had to ask for additional towels multiple times before they were delivered. Cleaning is included (1) time Only and cost extra for additional days. Hot water takes several minutes to warm up and then it’s either super hot or super cold, no in-between. Outside bathroom gets very warm and humid with a damp smell. Shower isn’t properly sealed so water leaks out onto the bathroom floor Original rooms we had in the front had no electricity since midnight to all morning. The front steel door was literally shocking us evey time we touched it as if there was some kind of electrical short running through. Would not recommend staying in one of front rooms

I liked the kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable.

Musty smell from moisture. wasn't a deal breaker though.

Tomorrow is my last day. My flight back to Australia is at 4pm. I will be leaving Casa Maria Malecón at about 11am.

Perfect location. Room was spacious and clean. I had a minor issue and the owner replied to me very quickly and was fast to take care of it.

Great location, cute room with everything needed, easy to coordinate access, manager very helpful.

Not as sound proof as expected, some slats in bathroom window louvre broken so could not really be closed.

Location, safety. Option to prepare food and use of fridge in our room. Use of terrace .

We were disappointed in the room, though the bed was very comfortable. The layout was unusual. Lights to shower/ toilet were on opposite side of bed near kitchen . There was a spare room, great for keeping luggage, but maybe a table with drawers to place clothes would be nice. Four hangers were provided. Being at the beach, with swimsuits and towels; not a single hook or towel bar to be found, even for the towels that were provided. We had to hang them on the kitchen chairs where they were still not dry the next day. Finally upon check in, the key was not in the self check in box. Waited half an hour for some one to acknowledge us. The contact phone number provided went to recording.

Because of the furnishings and thoughtful decoration, I felt like I was in a real Mexican apartment, like I could "live like a local" for a little while even though the location is just a block from the Mollecon and beach as well as walking distance from many restaurants and shops in the Zona Romantica. For some the room might seem a bit small, for me this added to the charm, you also had to walk across a narrow balcony to access the room and the front of the hotel is accessed via a cobblestone alleyway, which gave it more of a local feel. Coffee maker, refrigerator and kitchen facilities provided were a nice bonus. I found that the closing glass door installed for the bedroom, probably with soundproofing in mind, cut down on outside noise a lot and made it very quiet when I just wanted to relax, the TV even had Netflix so this was good. When I checked in, the remote control for the AC needed new batteries, the GM Juan responded and took care of this promptly. The day before I left, Juan also helped me fill out an immigration form which needed Spanish translation, this took quite a while so it was very much appreciated!

I had a problem with the toilet not flushing properly at first, once I figured this out it was ok for the rest of my stay. As mentioned above, the door on the bedroom eliminated outside noise most of the time, but the night before I left it was Saturday and the music pumping from the nearby nightclubs on the Mollecon was extremely loud even with the door closed. I used to play in rock bands and the music was loud even for me, the bass was literally vibrating the walls. I had an early morning flight out the following morning so I didn't really mind too much, but I couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2-3 AM, which caught up to me the next day. If you are the type of person that goes to nightclubs and likes nightlife, you'd probably love this location as there seem to be quite a few options within walking distance of the hotel. If you are looking for a quiet vacation, you might want to choose a location a bit further from the Mollecon, or stay from Monday-Friday when the music isn't so loud. That was the experience I had the time I was there anyways.
