الموقع سيء جداً المواقف فيها مشكله وطريقة الجيك ان والجيك اوت جداً سيئه وازعاج بالليل لا نستطيع النوم من صوت السيارات

لقد تاخر في تسليم المفتاح ودخول الغرفه لمده خمس ساعات

Comunication was very poor the tv channels didn't work

everything was good as expected location and view excellent

nil but they clean once upon arrival regardless how long you stay in.

Location is super near the JBR and have an amazing view on the lake

Great view, excellent location. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very convenient. Bars, JBR Beach, shops, fast food restaurants, all was a walk away. Totally nice place.

Didn't like that 1 week stay went so fast. The place so nice one week stay there feels very short.

View was amazing. Apartment was clean and plenty of space. There is a Carrefour right next door to the building and a 24 hr pharmacy. Close to JBR and free beach. 15 min walk from the Metro. Hi Guests use a WhatsApp group so it is easy to report any issues and get assistance quickly.

It was a bit tired with a misaligned kitchen cupboard door, blunt knives, damage to interior of the fridge door, but this didn't detract from the overall apartment. There was a known issue of no hot water in the kitchen or guest bathroom. This was not mentioned on booking nor checking in, which was disappointing. At first, I was told it wouldn't be fixed until after I checked out. But after discussion, it was sorted - although the workmen did leave the apartment door open when they left. Which I didn't know about until I returned 3 hours later. The coffee machine was broken, that was replaced fairly quickly. There was building work going on on the floor with workmen blocking lift access and egress with step ladders, although 6 lifts, so it was pot luck which lift you got into. The pool does not open till 10am, with few sunbeds. The childrens splash area - had to ask to switch it on, then after 1 or 2 hours, it got switched off again. The 2nd day it was switched on, then off and we were told it was broken. Plus I was woken at 0230 one morning by two sex workers ringing the doorbell, not ideal when there are children in the apartment!.
