I think the house was just left unlocked with the keys inside. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was spotless. It is not air-conditioned, but there are ceiling fans in every room and with the windows open it is a pleasant temperature.

The place is advertised as having two bathrooms, but it is really just one full bathroom with shower and then a powder room with a toilet and sink. So the 5 of us had to share one shower. The BBQ mentioned is located in a very small patio behind the house, full of junk and the washing machine/dryer. No place to hang out and BBQ, but if you really want to BBQ your meal I imagine it is functional. Lastly, we were asked to strip the beds, which we did (including the cumbersome duvet covers) and left them all by the front door along with the used towels. Evidently this was not acceptable to the management as she sent me a photo of the pile of linens/towels with the message "Really?". So I would ask for more clarity as to what they expect when they say to strip the beds before you leave.

All in all great house with great location. Fresh amd clean with very comfortable beds. Love the fresh costal vibe of the home.

The windows are paper thin. You hear everything from conversation of peopel walking down the road and every golf cart and vehicle passing.

it was close to the main shopping and restaurants and the beach

no air conditioning. a window unit would have been nice. on a main road so very noisy with the windows opened.

The property was absolutely filthy. All the televisions were outdated. Some missing plug.The beds were very uncomfortable very very very soft like a large pillow. There are no matching dishes broken drawers in the kitchen and the refrigerator shelf was off. The sofa had spots all over. The remote controls for the TVs had food stuck In between the buttons.

the property is in a good location

Need to fix sink in the toilet or better yet upgrade the toilet bowl to a bigger one The bed mattresses are either very soft or overused, it is no longer comfortable for sleeping. Also need to at least provide newer bed sheets.
