Can't say enough amazing things about our 4-week stay here. It's private, immaculately clean, and the location is perfect. Angelica came weekly for cleanings, and she did a phenomenal job. It’s surrounded in nature so be prepared for the sometimes bugs that come with that, but it was worth it to us 100x over. This property is on site with a hotel (Hotel San Buenaventura) and the restaurant that served both was delicious and fairly priced. You had consistent access to the front desk for any needs or questions - including booking a massage where the massage therapist would come to the house. Armando was our main contact at the desk, and he was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. There is access to a gorgeous, warmed pool, and it’s just a simple walk past the pool for lake access - with stunning views, of course. When we come back to Panajachel, we absolutely plan to stay here again. Very thankful to feel at home, welcomed, and safe during our entire stay.
