This is a wonderful location to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Rehoboth, especially the beach. Everything was clean and as described.

Perfect for two people. We parked and could walk everywhere. Very clean and larger than it looked in the pictures. The beach wagon was a great addition.

My adult daughter and I come to Rehoboth for a beach getaway and this apartment was ideal for us … close to the beach and town, clean, well-equipped, etc. we will definitely come again!

The location was ideal - just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, etc. Our parking spot was only a few feet from the back sliding doors and made unloading a breeze! The property was the perfect size for us and the Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The space was nicely decorated and was so clean! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip!

I love this perfect little place so much! I can’t wait to book it again for next summer. Park your car and walk everywhere. Shops and restaurants galore plus very short walk to beach. I love that a wagon and chairs were included. It was so easy to set up a spot in the morning and enjoy for the day. In addition, the place is super cute, set up perfectly and had all the conveniences needed for a get away. Don’t wait to book this place (but leave a week for me)!

Just read the description on the Vrbo site, it's all true. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and beautifully decorated in beach motif (would you want it any other way?). One long block from the beach and two blocks from Rehoboth central. I had a great time.

This was our second time booking this location and we were very happy once again with everything. Excellent location ,and everything provided that we needed for our stay. Getting around the corner of the building to get to the parking space can be a little tight especially if there are cars parked in the spaces to the other units. We have a small suv and made it fine but a larger vehicle could be a problem. Will definitely book again!

Perfect for one person, on a long weekend. Clean and perfect location. Only downside, parallel parking very tight. I can not parallel park so parked on street, but would be difficult in the summer. Other than that, loved it!!

We were in town for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. This apartment was ideal - it was walking distance to the start and finish on the Boardwalk. It was also close to the beach, restaurants and shops. It was clean and cozy. We would stay here again!

We love the location of the condo. The owners are very accommodating and want you to have a perfect stay. Don't hesitate because of its size. It's everything you need.

We vacation in Rehoboth once a year. Check-in was a breeze, Tom was such a great help. Can’t beat the location, it was within walking distance of everything. It had everything we needed and we will definitely be using this place again.

What the place lacks in curb appeal and size it more than makes up for in charm and immensities. So nice not having to bring linens and towels, soaps and paper products. The kitchen is well stocked and the shower is nicer than our one at home. The murphy bed was a bit of challenge to make but surprisingly comfortable. But the location is the best feature. Can't beat being able to park the car - off-street - and walk to the boadwalk/beach and shops and restaurants. This was perfect for a quick weekend get away and we would definitely stay again. Two very minor issues which the owners probably aren't even aware of are the blinds for the patio door which lose slats when opened or closed. It's just a matter or reclipping the slats back in. And I though the place had a bit of a musty smell like a house that needs aired out after being shut up without a/c for a time when it's humid. However, my husband didn't smell it.

This was our first time in a VRBO, and it was a very pleasant experience. Tom responded to all my emails quickly and accurately; check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. The property itself was in a nice area of Rehoboth with the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants only a short walk away. Once we parked after arrival there was no need to drive anywhere. Included in the condo were beach towels, chairs, and a wagon. Everything we needed for a enjoyable stay was there. Towels and sheets were included, as was a kitchen stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots and pans. The bed and other furniture were comfortable and clean. The condo was exactly as advertised and we would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great with the boardwalk nearby. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals as you would at home. The bed is very comfortable too. Thanks!

Aside from ac that could use a tuneup the stay was as listed. Would have given a five star rating had my VRBO deposit been returned immediately, not 16 days. That’s a joke.

We had a great time at Rehoboth Beach and staying in this property. It was close to the beach and downtown. Once we parked our truck we were able to walk to beach and places to eat in Rehoboth. We rode our bikes to Lewes for breakfast one morning. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is actually our second time staying at this property - that’s how great it is. Perfect for 2 people who want to be near the beach and the center of Rehoboth (2 blocks to either). Just the right amount of space in this charming studio that provides many amenities and even a parking spot. Host Tom is very responsive and the apartment was well-appointed. We will definitely be back again.
