Overall happy with the location of the property. Exactly what we were looking for. Thumbs up for the added amenities that were well stocked.

Very cute place, convenient to the places we visited. Driveway is very steep, so I parked on the street instead. Otherwise, very nice place and had a nice time.

We were in Lexington for the Pony Finals. The house was only a 12 minute drive to the Kentucky Horse Park. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and bedding. The kitchen is well-stocked and the appliances are updated, so it's easy to make a dine-in meal. The outside screen porch is a definite bonus for sitting outside in this quiet neighborhood. Lexington itself is a beautiful city. I will for sure visit again. A restaurant we enjoyed is Thoroughbred and is just a short distance away. There's also a Kroger's close by.

This house provided a comfy and cozy place for my lifelong friend and I to relax and catch up. It is a great location to get to area attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Property was very nice and clean. Perfect location for trips back and forth to wife's family in Georgetown or straight downtown Lexington.
Entrance to subdivision is directly across from Masterson Station park which has a very nice kids playground and splash pad.

Had a wonderful time with my daughter and bestie. The house was just as listed. The only thing to be aware of is the steep incline of the driveway. If you have a low riding vehicle, you will need to park on the steer. Also, make sure your brakes and e-brake are in good working order to park in the drive. Not a reason not to book, but something to be aware of. The hosts are amazing and the house was so comfy! Thanks for the great stay.

The house was just what we were looking for! Very clean and easy to get to. Justin was also quick to respond to inquiries. Check out was also a breeze, which always makes a vacation more enjoyable.

The property was as listed. Its about 45 minutes to the Ark Encounter and 15 minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park. The only things i wouls say is having only 1 tv is hard with a kid. Having tvs in the bedrooms would make watching tv easier but thats just something we would prefere. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

The property fit our needs: clean, safe and close to a major grocery store. The house is seasonly decorated and communication with the hosts was effortless.

The property was what we had hoped and the neighborhood was nice. And the owner was available when we had questions, as there were a few things that had marks. So we wanted to make sure the owner knew Incase the last people didn't. Owners were thankful for that and very nice.

We were in town for a golf tournament. The house was about a 5 minute straight shot to the course. It was very easy to get anywhere in Lexington actually. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house decor shows off all that is Kentucky. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable - important after walking 36 holes of golf. We had a lovely stay.

Nice neighborhood, clean house
As a group of retired men, we enjoyed our stay in Lexington at this location. This was a very clean house with everything we needed. One request for assistance was immediately responded to in a positive manner. Would not hesitate to recommend this property for others staying in the Lexington area.

Very clean and comfortable with a lovely screened porch area
This was an easy home to call our own for a few days as we attended a horse show at the Kentucky Horse Park. There was plenty of room to spread out and it was particularly nice to sit on the screened in porch for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The owners made it comfortable and were very responsive to questions.

Great Stay
House was great location to where we needed to go. When we had our team meeting the wifi was spotty and didn't really work for us, but there was 7 of us so maybe that's why. But the Netflix worked great, we still got our meeting in the house done before heading to Keeneland and Louisville over the weekend for fun. Great stay overall. Clean house, liked the smartness of it with the motion detectors and door lock.

Kentucky AEC
This house was perfect for our family- had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and they even had a porta crib for the baby. The location was only 5 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park where we were attending an event. The only negative was the driveway was very short & steep and I felt uncomfortable parking my car there so I just parked on the street. If we return to Kentucky we would love to stay there again.

Five days of relaxation
This was a very pleasant and relaxing girls' trip for my sisters and me. We went on one of the horse farm tours which was wonderful. Just hanging out at the house was great, too. Good accommodations, great beds and plenty of space. Thx, Justin and Autumn!
