This property is definitely 5 star. The location is quiet while having amazing views with a deck to sit and enjoy it on. It was so clean and had all the essentials for you. All the family loved using the swim spa and relaxing in the alfresco area out the back. Using the table tennis was fun too. Short walk to a yummy restaurant and bakery. Host was so friendly and helpful at all times. We have already booked again.

A lot of times holiday properties do not live up to the advertising photos, in this case, the home exceeded the photos.
The property was very clean, and had everything needed for a short, or longer stay. And the pool spa was just what was needed after a long trip to the island.
Would highly recommend for families or friends.

We have come home from our week away on Phillip Island feeling very refreshed.
This is a beautiful property. Exceptionally clean and so large for a big family you can lose yourself in it.
The area is quiet and peaceful but a short walk to coffee and a beautiful bakery.
Lovely relaxing view from the balcony over the boats at the Yacht club and out to the bay.
The swim spa was a huge bonus and thoroughly enjoyed by adults and teenagers alike.
I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this property if you are looking for a lovely break.
Being able to take our dog with us was also a big drawcard.

Propery is amazing.. everything you could ask for within reach. Check in and out process was streamlined and easy. Brigitte was excellent with communications. Great views, great house and swim/bbq area.. House is easy to get to and from when heading out for adventures on Phillip Island. We will be back!!

We had a perfect family stay at the holiday home.
The home exceeded all of my familes' expectations. The house and location was awesome in my Mum's words who was always staying with my family.
The house was really clean and cosy, you could easily stay and not have the desire to Philip Island!
We were so impressed with the set up of the home from the stunning balcony where you can have your morning coffee and breakfast to all the in house entertainment and the outdoor bbq area and heated swimming pool.
There is always an amazing restaurant called the Saltwater restaurant in walking distance which I would highly recommend the food there.
Overall I would highly recommend you should stay at this holiday house and if you really want to get the most of your stay, you gotta stay 3+ nights or more.

Really enjoyed our stay and being able to bring our cat (who enjoyed sitting on the balcony!) made the stay perfect.

We had a brilliant stay again. Brigitte's property is a perfect getaway any time of the year. The heated pool is heaven, the 2nd floor entertainment area is sensational and there is plenty of sleeping quarters. Dealing with Brigitte is seamless and a pleasure.

This house has everything, comfy beds, a kitchen that is fit for a chef. Bathrooms to die for- big showers and baths. Our extended family of 9 plus dogs had heaps of space. It was a bit wet on our stay but the kids and teens spent all day in the heated pool. And nights playing table tennis. Dogs loved the balcony and watching people pass by. It was clean and welcoming. So close to san remo and can’t forget the coffee at the coffee shop just up the road and the bakery !!!

Our family stayed for 3 nights and did not want to leave! This break was well overdue and well worth waiting for. From the stunning view to the simply beautiful inside of the home to the spaces allocated for fun and leisure, this home has it all.
For a family of 10 ranging from a toddler to adults we were all completely comfortable and happy.
The house is decorated very tastefully with everything you need and more. Cannot fault it.

Wow wow wow what an amazing place. We stayed for 3 nights, only wish we stayed longer. Beautiful spacious house with breathtaking views from the balcony. Loved the outdoor alfresco area by the pool. We stayed at the house for 3 nights and it was heavenly. Beautiful scenery, great location and all you need inside. The table tennis was a hit and we enjoyed walks to the shops and along the beach multiple times per day. Magnificent coffee shop across the road that is open at 7:30am every day. A wonderful property with a gorgeous water view and lovely heated pool and outdoor entertaining area.
We had a very memorable stay at this property. There was room a plenty for everyone and the host Brigitte made sure every care was taken care of, right down to colouring books and pencils for younger guests.
The place was beautiful, spacious and everything was thought of making it easy to just unpack and feel right at home without needing to bring too much ourselves.
The upstairs balcony/deck with the water view was a lovely and calm place to escape to at night. We watched the moon rise over the ocean at night sipping wine and letting our cares drift away.
We spent many a day lounging by the pool with the kids who were in the pool for hours on end. We cooked and ate outside on the big bbq, enjoying warm days. We spent many a night together playing board games in the large open-plan lounge-room.
A truly wonderful home to escape to and a truly memorable and magical holiday. We will be back.

I tried to book this place for Dec 2021 but unfortunately it was booked out so booked it for Dec 2022 instead.
Booking something 12 months in advance I was worried it wouldn't be as good as expected.
I need not have been worried. This place was hands down the best place I've booked in Victoria!
The place was so clean ( not just surface level holiday rental clean - it was Clean!!).
BBQ was also clean and ready to be used!
When holidaying in Victoria I usually pack everything bar the kitchen sink trying to anticipate what we may need. This was
most well stocked holiday rental I've stayed in.
There was an abundance of kitchen gadgets, utensils, crockery, glassware, cooking essentials, bathroom essentials - anything you need.
Amazing view from balcony, short 100mtr walk to Cafe, bakery, small kids playground.
Short drive across the bridge to San Remo fish and chips and pelican feeding, short drive in other direction to Cowes.
At a push the only critique I have is the Master ensuite had little smell of cigarette smoke but I'm assuming that was due to previous occupants and nothing owners could have done.
Will definitely be back and recommending this beautiful place!

Stayed here for few days with the family, location is amazing, all amenities are great, property manager was great and easy to work with, absolutely loved the heated pool, the list can go on as we all had awesome time and would highly recommend staying here.

We booked this beautiful property so that we could relax and connect as a family from life’s stresses. It did not disappoint! All of the family were very impressed with the home and the location and views. Spectacular! It had everything and more for us to enjoy and we hope to go back again. Had a fabulous 3 days using this house in Newhaven as our base in Phillip Island. We enjoyed the island, and also relaxed on the balcony overlooking the marina and bobbing in the swim spa. It was perfect.
