Nice set up and location

Hairdryer broken. Lift broken and stuck 14 floors with no staff answering phone

The location is superb. So close to Shrine of Remembrance and trams on St Kilda Rd. Easy walking distance to CBD.

Almost nothing except that we had problems opening the washing machine/Dryer door.

Location very close to our family's apartment

Maintenance issue on the lift, 13 floors to climb twice. Got compensated though of one night for free

Location and value are epic. Front desk staff awesome.

Each room and foyer needs a deep clean. And I mean a clean that takes a while.

Good location, cheap, clean, good size room

The city view was beautiful. Really appreciated the little balcony & overall room was great.

Some things definitely need some upkeep. Marks on tables etc but othing major. Also only one lift (which looked like it was under construction? Which also meant in busy times the lift took a while.

Good

Fantastic location, just enough out of the central city but not ages away so you don't get the noise of the traffic. Right beside the Shrine of Remembrance for ease of access to the trams to get into the city proper. Staff were friendly and some even up for a good chat and seemed genuinely interested in where I was and the like. Room was great, nice and compact, perfect for a solo or a couple traveler. It felt nice, comfy with a hint of luxury. Great balcony as well. The free private wifi is a nice bonus too - something you don't see alot of. Overall, I spent about a week here as a solo traveler and enjoyed every bit of it, the ease of access to everything, down to the staff and the room itself.

If anything could be better? I don't think I saw housekeeping do my room so I ran out of a couple of things like toiletries, but that was quickly resolved by reception. Overall, it was minor thing that didn't spoil the experience at all.
