Very limited on-street parking for check in, and the ‘corporate rate’ for parking may not be a good deal depending on when you stay

Very noisy could hear the hair dryer in the next room and doors open and closing, and creaking floor a little concerning on the 14th level.

Excellent staff - very friendly and flexible. Checked in early, and left bags for 5 hours after late check out. Extremely helpful.

staff did not call ambulance when I asked him too. said not allowed and I had to do it myself. I was in a panic and he was rude. I was from Adelaide so was not familiar with location. did not come and ask how patient was. did not offer water. elderly mother broke wrist outside the front of property. did not offer pillow under arm nothing. absolutely appalling.

We liked the area which was close to the river and an easy 20 minute walk to the tennis. Southbank is great for hospitality as the river is lined with restaurants and bars. Also it is close to the trams which take you around the city loop for free. Liked that the reception was helpful with queries and stored our luggage for a few hours on the last day. The indoor pool and gym were great. Small apartment but comfortable and clean with a nice city view.

Would have liked a coffee machine in the apartment, though the coffee from the café in reception was good.

Everything, rooms, facilities, location was very central.

I could not check-in with my digital credit card and driver's licence. This was really annoying as this was not advised in the multiple messages and confirmation from the apartments. Thankfully my wife had these, after having to change the name of the Booking made on booking.com and 30mins later once the receptionist got the email from booking.com we were allowed to check in. I suggest the requirement for physical cards is made very clear in booking confirmations, as i was not the only customer in this situation at the time another customer had nothing.and had to book / pay again. Is digital really helpful and convenient? Maybe not at Adina Apartments.

The gym is great. Great view and location.

Impersonal, some of the staff quite rude, especially at check in. Shower in the pool area very smelly. Not enough breakfast options.

The only minor thing I personally would have liked was a shower rose that I was able to adjust to get a better spread of water

Great location on the Southbank. Rooms very quiet with comfortable bed. Kitchenette was perfect. Great having our own laundry. Heated pool indoors was lovely to refresh in. Great gym overlooking the surrounding area.

Clean, spacious and modern apartment within walking distance of the city. We stayed on the 17th floor in a one bed city view. The apartment was very quiet even though it was on a busy street.

The sink was missing a plug, reported it but was not replaced in the 4 days we were there.

Location..swimming pool ...both very good..beds comfortable ..

Kitchen did not have a pot for cooking no microwave safe bowls..(never received) These items where obviously there previously as there was a colander and utensils to cook ..had to ring reception for the missing items a very small pot eventually arrived some 2 hrs later. Then l had to ask for a larger pot who could cook dinner in a pot big enough to boil 1 x egg?..as l booked the accommodation due to it having a kitchen this was not a good start... Also the king 1 x bedroom with sofa bed was extremly small for 3 Adults...

New and fresh apartment hotel in the middle of Southbank. Nice swimming pool and fitness center as well. Restaurants and supermarket close by, and convenient parking. If you're going to Melbourne, look no further, this is the place to stay!

Good location to Southbank

Very small room & bathroom. Tight to get it the shower between door & vanity.

The location, not being right in the city but close enough to walk there. Very close to Southbank, the NGV, Convention Centre, the Casino.

It was very difficult to contact Reception and we were out from 9.30am in the morning until 2pm and had the 'clean room' sign on our door and came back to it not having been done. We tried contacting Reception 3 times. When we finally did contact them, the staff member was very poor in his attitude and communication. Our room did not get cleaned, we just got new towels.
