The location was fantastic, access to food choices, the views were magnificent esp as we stayed in a lot. The unit had everything we needed - and everything was great quality.

Cleaning could have been better, and there were a couple of maintenance issues that should have been addressed before it was provided for guests (access to fridge)

Helen was so helpful and accommodating. She allowed me and my family a late checkout and made our stay so personalised and wonderful. Would stay here again.

The location was fantastic and the view was exceptional. It was great to be in a big city and get the sun right into your room. It felt like you were away from the noise and with such a great view it felt like you had space.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family at Platinum Apartments. Smooth and easy check in/check out process. Helen and Rachel were super lovely and absolutely amazing. The apartment had everything we needed and was within walking distance for the casino, shops and transport. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again next time we visit Melbourne.
