great location, down by the river. shops and restaurants right over the bridge

just the floors in the rooms were a-bit sticky, must be from the moping.

Loved the location and beds were amazing my daughter and I were very tired our first night we both slept so well. Even though in heart of city very quiet. So much to see and do next time we will come for longer

Property is in an ideal location for travelling around the city using trams. It in the free tram zone. Lots of places within walking distance.

The apartment was clean but a bit tired looking.

Sauna, pool and spa were amazing. The kitchen was well equipped as well, close to shopping and the city.

The shower is small and the bathroom dated. The pillows are terrible. Doesn’t feel like you’re using one.

The property was well positioned for exploring the south bank area and the city. My teenage children really enjoyed the pool and gym and made good use of these facilities.

The apartment was clean and the view was spectacular, but it was a little tired and the layout of the bathrooms was a little strange (for example, there was no vanity in the en suite bathroom).

Bit tired and missing some basics. Really disliked the validation process and having to send photos of my ID - in the age of data breeches and privacy concerns, there must be a better way.

it wasn’t cleaned properly. oven thermostat did not work to the point of getting dangerously hot

Perfect location. Within free tram zone. Close to Crown, Aquarium and central station.

The room has this ringing, buzzing noise throughout the night. Not sure if it was from the aircond, loft or pipe but i couldn't sleep on the first night. That was the only disappointment about the stay.

Very comfortable beds. Views towards Yarra were sensational. Excellent access over Seaman’s Bridge to Exibition Centre. Three small casual eateries facing path to bridge were excellent value.

Air conditioning was quiet in living area, but louder in bedrooms, and even on lowest setting fan blew cool air on face when in bed. Noise of cranes working at night opposite bedroom window was annoying — apartment faced city. Shower over deep bath was not easy to access for someone in late 70s.

Spa didn’t work only one jet working

It’s location was spot-on; the view over the river spectacular; convenient to CBD, restaurants, public transport; it was clean, comfortable - like a home-away-from-home. The inclusions - beds, lounge, appliances in the kitchen etc left nothing to be desired. I know where I’ll be staying when I visit Melbourne in the future!

Can’t pinpoint a negative!

Although room was advertised as river view it was over very very close neighbours balconies which were very close. The smell of fish cooking and seeing them in their PJ's was not what we expected. We could not sit in the balcony due to these reasons.
