We enjoyed the location, the suite was very nice and the hotel itself was very aesthetic. There were plenty of amenities. The pool is nice (though the photos made it look bigger).
Unfortunately, 1 of my friends and I were each in a single bed, both of us struggled to sleep due to the amount of movement in the single beds, I ended up moving to the couch at 3am - I liked that the couch was big enough for me to snuggle up on

A great position close to casino and Southbank as well as accessible by tram
Our shower couldn’t maintain its temperature

It was close to transport and everything I needed was close by. Friendly staff and the room was clean and had everything I needed.

Location was good. Close to the river.
Staff weren't overly helpful. Parking sucked. Room layout was wierd with some random tiny hallway to a window in our room. Taps were also strange
