ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza

it was central and great location

nothing

Very nice, beautiful room. Our room was quiet and spacious. Breakfast was quite good. Hotel decor and location were really nice.

We hoped to have a bathtub but did not get one, the room booking did not explicitly state of having one.

Location near Tivoli park and the train station is the best.

Nothing was dissatisfactory.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Good location if arriving/departing by train. We happily walked or rode bikes to all the major tourist spots. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and had a jazz trio on Fri & Sat nights.

The property is an old heritage style building which has its problems. The lift is from a bygone era, which has a lovely classic appearance but is slow & wouldn’t pass OH&S standards in many countries. We had to change rooms because our toilet malfunctioned & water pressure on the top floors is poor. Keeping such a property up to standards would be hard. They have obviously had many complaints about noise because they provide you with ear plugs on the bedside tables (we didn’t feel the need to use them). Frustrating that you have to pay such high Copenhagen pricing for pretty average room facilities.
