The location in terms of walkability to the town and restaurants was great. The staff at the Paseo del Sol (Rebeca, Gavon) we’re amazing, really so nice and helpful. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed.

The A/C wasn’t the best as 2 of the bedrooms had a couple nights where it didn’t work but, they were promptly fixed the next day. The cupboards in the kitchen could do with some new hinges and hardware but that isn’t urgent or anything!

The place it’s very well maintained, not luxurious but very nice , large pool , great location . But it’s ruled by older people so they are very strict with kids , the personal it’s everywhere chasing kids , don’t jump, don’t run , don’t don’t don’t , besides that the units are great.

We liked the property, pool, the condo, and Rebecca at the front desk.

Rewrite the information regarding how far the property is from the ocean. It is not as close as written, and getting to the ocean is next to impossible. Also, the ocean is not visible from the property. There is an ant problem in #108. They cover the kitchen counter. Directions are needed what to do when leaving, the purpose of the blue band, and a map of Playacar. American stations from the satellite would be helpful. Plan on spending at least 120 pesos to take a taxi to Centro

Location was great. Very private and secure. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Paseo staff was very polite and attentive. Condos were well equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge, washer/dryer, towels (including pool towels), and fresh bottled water. Many conveniences were provided including a grocery concierge, which in hindsight I would've utilized. Access to the the Playacar community was simple enough and secure. Town and 5th Ave. was within walking distance, (15min walk), doable, but could be tough depending on humidity, taxis are plentiful. Had a very enjoyable time!

I would have preferred a better response from the Bric staff. I wasn't provided with much check in information and Paseo staff did their best to accommodate our needs. Access to the beach was a little difficult but manageable, and accessible locations at the beach were not clearly designated.
