The cleaner did a thorough job when he came in to clean.

The property is in a good location. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay. First we had to move to another apartment after one night because the first one had a mould problem on the wallpaper in my bedroom. In the second apartment, after one uneventful night, the air-conditioning unit in my bedroom would switch itself off after a couple of hours. It got worse and on the second to last night there, I was waking up almost every hour because I was so hot and I had to keep turning the AC unit back on. A technician came in four different times on the same day to try to fix the fault. I asked to stay an extra night because my home remodelling was going to take an extra day and I did not want to pack the kids up and settle into another property for just one night. I asked for a discount for the extra night considering I barely got any sleep for three nights in a row. Nope. They asked for their full fee. I paid but I am a very unhappy client and I will not be wasting my money with this company ever again. Luxury is not just to have a pretty looking apartment. It's the entire experience. I was exhausted from lack of sleep by the time we checked out and I was only able to rest when I got back home to my own bed. This property is very poorly maintained unfortunately and I would not recommend to anyone.. I definitely will not be going back.
