Beste Lage, die man in Sydney haben kann. Auch der Balkon ist gut. Kurze Wege zu den Fähren. Großes Appartment mit allem , was man braucht. Man hätte auch gut kochen und Frühstück selber machen können.

Aufgrund der Lage kann es schon mal laut sein (Signal gebende Fähren und Schiffe). Frühstück gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatte mit Frühstück gebucht. Continental Breakfast konnte man leider nicht wählen. Wir würden nur ohne Frühstück buchen. Dann kann man Continental aufs Zimmer bestellen.

The location is absolutely perfect and the staff was delightful. Loved my stay! Wish I had more time.

Although the harbour view is absolutely amazing it can be a bit loud....if you are sensitive to noise

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf Fähren und Harbour Bridge neben dem botanischen Garten und dem Opernhaus. Sehr geräumig mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner) und bequemen Betten. Bei einer "Havarie" mit dem Geschirrspüler sofortige Hilfe durch das Hauspersonal und Monteur (Danke!). Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und man kann auch die Fenster öffnen.

Our suite was perfect. The location was perfect. Loved our view and aspect.

Requested a small breakfast via room service, in the evening as we were leaving early the next morning however was refused as it was dinner time. Woul.d have thought a 5 star hotel would be more flexible. A piece of bread, some butter and cheese was all I requested. Had to purchase the cheese platter which was not what I really wanted.

Location, room & breakfast were all exceptional and exceeded my expectations. The beautiful view from my room was very relaxing and the view from the restaurant made dining a unique experience. Location could not have been better !

Only negative was there was no buffet breakfast but not a dealbreaker and will stay again.

Apartment overlooking Circular Quay. Separate bedroom. Full kitchen, dining and lounge area. A large balcony. All overlooking the Quay. Large bathroom with spa bath. Closest to trains, taxis, food, Botanic Garden and Opera House. I will definitely stay there again when I am in Sydney.

View is amazing being on the harbour. Its a convenient location and close to lots of restaurants, transport and services. Good walk-ability to other parts of the CBD or transport to further afield. Bed was very comfortable and overall the amenities are good. Restaurant staff at breakfast provided great service.

Despite the views, location and great breakfast staff, on this, my second stay at the Pullman, I came away very disappointed. The hotel clearly is dated and tired in need of a substantial makeover. Its got views to die for and is very convenient location wise and its a good hotel overall, but for the price I paid I expected so much more from a 5 star hotel. The decor is very dated (with the exception of the art choices which were really good), the bathrooms are in need of complete renovation, the 3 years out of date pay per view movies are an odd choice in the days of Netflix, the room service experience was terrible and the food offered very disappointing given this is the home of Q Dining, the reception staff were disinterested to say the least (with the exception of the concierge manager who was great, every other time I barely got a smile - in fact on check in I waited a full minute before the person on reception bothered to look up from their computer to greet me). Sadly all of this combined made it a disappointing experience for me. I have stayed here twice and this second time was definitely worse - but even the first time I was a bit underwhelmed. I won't be staying here a third time.
