We were impressed with the premier city view room which also had a sneak peak of the Opera House which was a lovely surprise. The amenities were excellent and we slept in the most comfortable bed in the world. We really enjoyed a complementary Easter breakfast (thanks Lorenzo) and the team had done a wonderful job of preparing and decorating beautiful display’s, very impressive. There was also an Easter bunny, ballerina and live bunny rabbits in the foyer which was alot of fun. We enjoyed the pool which was sunny and clean and the food and drink’s delicious. We had an easy check in with Delly and he kept us up to date and informed of progress on the room availability. We also had a lovely note and gift from our housekeeping team Jasmin and Nancy which was a cute touch.

The lifts were very slow and the spa was not working for two days.

- Chambre très petite - Vue de la chambre décevante - Literie usée - Salle de bain vieillotte (vieux marbre, robinetterie) - Etat général de l'hôtel qui aurait besoin d'un bon coup de rafraichissement - Restauration trop chère - Piscine + jacuzzi non surveillés = enfants qui sautent dans la piscine et qui se lancent une balle sans se soucier des autres clients - idem dans Jacuzzi qui devrait être interdit aux enfants - Pas de locker pour les valises (ou de pièce fermée à clé) - ils mettent les valises dans un coin accessible à tout le monde

The view from our room was superb, full view of harbour with Opera House and Sydney harbour bridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff accommodated any request we had promptly and efficiently. I think it was the manager who checked us in, and he should be commended for leading by example.

The toilet paper was substandard; the breakfast buffet was good but needs some work.

Great location, great view, comfy beds, lovely staff, room service has decent dessert options. The hotel is very close to circular quay station and light rail. I have stayed here a couple of times now, and I’ll definitely be back.

Perfect location to Circular Quay and easy access to public transport. Room was lovely and clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We were on the 7th floor but still found it a bit noisy at night from outside the building.

Awesome all round - got a bottle of complimentary bubbles as a romantic getaway - so it’s those things that bring you back

Staff were super friendly to us and our pet, they were sooo welcoming and made his first hotel stay so pleasant and easy - we were initially nervous but now, Four Seasons will be our choice when travelling with him!

Bigger table in the room for dining and quicker provision of cutlery when requested.

It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our small dog which they provided treats for upon arrival. Great view of the Opera House from room window and room service was almost like sitting in the restaurant
