Messaged y’all and was told someone would contact me back and I have yet to receive a call or anything. Worst experience of my life. As a mom of a 1 yr old sleep is crucial. He threw up and I asked for more sheets and a comforter and never received anything. I called again and got sheets but nothing else. I was sleeping on the freaking mattress pad and two sheets the whole night with my son. The neighbor had an alarm going off from 3am-7am and it was vibrating the whole room even with my sons sound machine on I could hear! So disappointed.

Pool is so small we tried to go but there was no room

The room location within the hotel. Proximity to convention center. Room was clean and comfortable.

Would have liked to have access to ice machine. Shower leaked all over the floor without having towels in room to mop it up. Disappointed that there was not opportunity to extend stay for an additional hour or two for meetings to be finished without having to pay hourly charge.

Perfect place to stay in Austin

Clean place, great personal, nice location.

Hotel is gorgeous and staff is welcoming. The hotel has so much to offer, great bars, roof top pool, killer gym and golf simulator.

There were some nice quirky touches like a custom guide of Austin. Probably best suited for couples doing city stays wanting to go out.

I booked the property because of the pool. Unfortunately the pool is shared with a popular bar and it was full of people standing and drinking. The room is tiny and had lots of annoying features like metal drawer handles you constantly hit your ankles against, or a sink integrated into a work desk! You were supposed to text the hotel stuff if you needed something , but it didn’t work, nobody responded. It took forever to connect devices to TV via a buggy app. Weird, but mostly not in a good way.

The property was exceptional! as soon as you walk in it smells great, and the decor and details all around the hotel where very well done!

Location was great but rather noisy in the evening which made it difficult to sleep although the hotel does provide you with earplugs.

v comfortable bed! cool aesthetic. pool and restaurants / bars were good!

housekeeping didn’t clean our room except on request (which would have been fine, had we been told that on arrival) + limited space in rooms (eg to work) (again would have been fine if there was a suitable alternative of eg a business centre elsewhere in the hotel but the closest is a relatively quiet coffee bar)

Everything is rather lovely, staff are fabulous but room is screamingly small, impossible to negotiate with two people and two suitcases. Not a fan of glass box bathrooms either, definitely require more privacy in a room that small.
