I was promised adjoining rooms for my wife's 54th birthday girls trip. Upon arrival, that accommodation was not adhered to. It totally spoiled the plans for the trip. No alternative solution was offered for the existing trip and no subsequent future accommodation was offered to offset the lack of commitment experienced on the initial trip. Very disappointing!

The location is perfect plus we got our room ready with Flowers and chocolates and drinks it was our honeymoon Perfect 👍

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, overall a fantastic experience. Bit pricey, but worth it.
