Absolutely amazing view from big windows is main advantage of this beautiful apartment. But it's not only one. Very good (fresh) renovated interior with almost perfect set of equipment. And everything is in ideal condition. The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to advise and also he knows all local specific stuff like best cafe/bar/resto or beach nearly.

There is no air conditioner which is probably problem for someone during hot summer days but not a big one to us. Also there is no wifi but who cares in era of almost free 5g?))

Christian is a very friendly host. He is there to welcome you and gives excellent and very detailed explanation, both about the house and the surroundings. He tells about the good places to visit and what to expect from it. The house is perfectly clean and has all the standard equipment.

I doubt if next should be seen as negative points. It's more recommendation. - The house has LED light, which of course is a good thing. It may be a matter of taste, but we prefer the warmer LED light (2700K and less) a bit more in combination with a good dimmer. - Sheets were definitely clean. Still, most people prefer white sheets, which instantly gives that clean impression. (like they do in hotels etc)

WiFi would have been nice.

The host Christian is very friendly and takes perfect care of everything in the apartment, it looked impeccable and tasteful, not only convenient but also just a beautiful place which makes the stay there absolutely enjoyable. Christian gave us a lot of useful tips and even though we caught a rainy weekend for our little trip, we managed to make the most of it. The location is great, close to many highlights, good restaurants, walks and hikes are easily reachable within a short drive and of course the view - unbeatable. Would definitely return, thank you!

The host, Christian, is incredibly helpful, pleasant and communicative. He speaks his languages, in addition to Italian and German, excellent English and probably French too. The accommodation is wonderful, fully equiped and with a great view over the lake and mountains. Nice to park in front of the house, The village Chima and it's surroundings are exceptionally beautiful.

Not a problem for us, but important to realize there's no WIFI in the apartment and that the tv has only Italian channels.
