The unit is non-carpeted and has a king size bed, 2 twins, 2 trundle beds.Free unlimited long distance in US and Canada. The beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shufflboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Come visit us at Island House to make your vacation a most memorable one!!

First time visiting Island House
The rental property was lovely. The twin beds were very uncomfortable. One of the stove burners and garbage disposal was not in working order. The house was located conveniently to the beach and the community pool. One recommendation would be to be more explicit about what amenities are included or not included in the rental agreement.

This condo has a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Has been nicely redone! Location to beach and pool is fantastic!
I would however note that it is advertised as sleeping 6, but even though there are two trundles to pull out, there is literally not enough floor space in the room to pull both out! Also they should replace all the bedspreads with newer and cleaner options.

Villa 24
This is our 6th year staying at Island House Beach Resort, and our 5th year @ Villa 24. As previous years, we enjoyed a week of relaxation and fun. Villa and resort were clean and well maintained. Villa 24 has the perfect location, all amenities are close (beach, BBQ area, pool and gaming room) + resort is located close to restaurants and malls. Last but not least great customer service from the office staff, maintenance and security team. Looking forward for summer of 2024!

October Beach Vacation
We have been coming to the Island House for the past twenty years and this was one of the nicest units we have stayed in.

Wonderful Stay!
Beds were so comfortable, home was clean and beautifully updated, beautiful beach location, pool was ideal. Will be back next winter! I'd come back for a girlfriend trip as we did, or as a family trip with my children.

Great vacation rental
The property is very well mantained.The unit has all you need. Distance to the beach is a short walk. Pool is also right there. The place is quiet at night.
