It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. It is jut steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. Pack your bags and let Island House make your vacation a most memorable one!

Relaxing
Do not stay in v26. Really bad condition the rugs in the room from the 90s, ants all over bathroom walls and doors, roach traps all over the kitchen, furniture in the living room old and dirty and dinner table full of scratches. Overall we had a great time as a family and at the beach and pool with other families but the condition of the Villa was horrible. My son is allergic to dust and developed a real bad allergic reaction because of the carpeting in the room and my other son developed a really bad bronchitis cough that lasted two weeks after we left. We were unable to use the master bathroom since there was always moth inside the shower no matter how many times we washed it out and put cleaning products.

There were just a few maintenance things I felt could be addressed. The main bathroom toilet runs continuously unless the handle is jiggled. The handle itself is very loose and the toilet sits ****-eyed! I would assume sheets and pillow cases are washed between each visitor. There was blood on my bedspread, however. Sorta disgusting. Other than those things, our stay was great!

Review of Villa 26
This is our 4th year of renting this particular villa. The couch is a sofa sleeper and is not fit to be slept in and definitely needs to be replaced. We had several small issues this year that were dealt with promptly and professionally by the property manager. The kitchen is well equiped and the villa is in a great location. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced as the springs are shot and its very uncomfortable for sleeping. We were happy to see that a new kitchen table was purchased in the last year and also a new comforter/pillow sham set for the king size bed in the master bedroom. This unit has a great large screen TV and very comfortable recliners. We look forward to some needed upgrades when we stay in 2024.

Best Summer Vacation ever
We are very pleased with our villa. It was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped for our needs. I recommended Island House for the perfect location, cleanliness and upkeep.

Great location. We had stayed with you many times over the years (Jean Penny). We will definitely return. I did kill a very large bug in the kitchen that may have been a cockroach.

Great Vacation
My family and I had a wonderful time at island House. It was our first visit and will not be our last. Everything was great, unit clean, staff friendly, beach exceptional. Will definitely be returning.

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas
We enjoyed the beautiful white sand beaches of Siesta Key on our Christmas getaway. The weather was magnificent and the villa was everything we hoped for. The interior was spacious and clean with a carport and driveway to park two cars. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the staff was friendly and helpful. We're looking forward to returning in the future.

This villa was perfect for my son and his family. The décor and furniture were practical, but very lovely. Everything was kid-friendly and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We look forward to renting it again next year!
