It has a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, free wi-fi in unit!. The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins, queen sleeper sofa.3 tvs. It is updated on a continual basis. The villa is just steps to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, , game room and scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, tennis, boating, parasailing, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island/Disney are within a short driving distance. Pack your bags and come share in our paradise at Island house. It will make your vacation a most memorable one!

Close to the pool, easy access to the beach, and nice quiet area in general. Excellent!

Perfect for family trip
Easy location on the key with a walkable distance to some restaurants on the south end. 5 minute walk to the quartz sand beach and ample chairs available. Unit was clean, wish there were beach towels or a cooler for use as we had to purchase these items and had to leave behind (limited as we flew). Shower head in master bath needs replacement but hall bath was good.Overhead in twin bedroom and a ceiling fan would be helpful. Kitchen fully stocked for meal prep with good appliances. Overall, very nice villa for a getaway.

V36 was very nicely put and we had a great stay. Noticed some water marks on the ceiling so it would be great if it gets checked out.

We had a great time. Great location. We played shuffleboard. Great access to the beach with beach chairs waiting.
The villa was clean, but there were dead water bugs in closets and window seals. There wasn’t any linens for pull out couch, but the office was great on getting us some.

Another great Island House Vacation
We had a great time with our whole family at Island House again this year. We stayed in Villa 36, which was a new one for us and we really liked it. It was very clean, homey and had all of the amenities we needed. We will definitely rent that one again!

Beautiful place to get away and relax. Villa needs upgrades
We have visited and stayed at Island House multiple times in the last 20 yrs. and have always had a great family time. This villa needed some tender loving card and up-grading. There were a few stains on the ceiling from either old or current leaks and the slidding door blinds were broken. Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time at Island House but will probably not choose this villa again unless upgraded

Ok
The only complaints I have about this villa is the showers and the bed. The king bed is a little stiff for my liking and the shower was hard to use due to it being broken. Other than that I can't complain much. The location was awesome! Close to the pool and not far from the beach. The kitchen had a lot of stuff such as pans and stuff to use. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, so so lodging
We loved being so close to the beautiful beach, probably a 500 yard walk to the water. Amenities were also very good, clean outdoor grill area, beach chairs for use, heated clean outdoor pool. Unfortunately the house itself was only average. While you can see the owners do take care of the property, we found a centipede crawling around a drawer of one of the dressers, shudders opening to HVAC unit that my 1 year old opened and tried to stick his hands into, dirty on the tile floors upon arrival, bed linens with a sweat smell to them, a little cockroach later in the stay, little ants attacking the toothbrush in the bathroom ... just felt a little bit dingey and subpar for the premium dollar amount charged. Go and enjoy the beach if you stay here, it's nice enough for that certainly, but if you plan to stay in the majority of your trip you might look elsewhere.

my husband and I had a real good stay at villa number 36 - we have stayed several times at the island house beach resort - and it is always clean and in good shape - the management and rental employees are helpful and we really like the location - it's very near the beach - and a good place to bike ride there also--- I would recommend it as a good choice when looking for a place to rent for a vacation get-away - we have stayed there in march and again in oct - of this year - and had fun ! they have a real nice clean pool there also- thanks for everything - we'll be back soon !
