We really enjoyed the location if the property. The ease of access to the boat launch at the dam was wonderful. We kayaked, wake boarded, fished, etc. The back porch was amazing! There were a few issues with the house itself. The dishwasher did not work consistently. The guest house air conditioner was problematic. We had to keep filling jt up with water for it to cool at all, but it was definitely not keeping that space cool even when functioning properly. Also, the guest house smelled like mildew. We tried to air it out and light candles, but it was just musty. The cleanliness of the whole property was subpar. There had definitely been a dog in the main house at some point. I cleaned the bathroom we used after we got there because there was mildew in the shower and bugs in the large bathtub. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation and the location of the house, but the property itself could use some TLC.

We loved the property and the space. When we checked in we had some problems with certain areas not being clean. We reported to the property management company and they quickly addressed the issue. We loved the location and the space - plenty of dishes ljnens, towels, etc. overall great place and we would visit again. Thank you.

We loved the view from the back deck of the property and very convenient location to the marina. It was perfect for our family and another family with young children.

Very relaxing

Enjoyed our stay very much. Biggest advantage was the lack of many stairs. The back deck was our favorite place to gather in the mornings for coffee and late evenings for the sunset. Everyone had a bed!Our location was perfect for our water sport family.

Great location as far as being somewhat centered on the lake. You can see Duskin Point Marina across the lake. The only downside is your 15 min from any grocery store or dollar general.
