The house met all our needs. It was clean, comfortable, nice layout and beautiful. The morning views were breathtaking. We had great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend.

We have fallen in love with Smith Lake, and we have stayed in multiple places. This home had the BEST view of the lake from the dining room table. There was lots of living space so that we could spread out. The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of outdoor space that allowed us to spend quality time in the fresh air. Perhaps our most favorite feature of this house was Claymore. Claymore is a black lab that lives next door, and he is the absolute sweetest. He hung out with us from sunup to sundown, and he was so good with the kids and such an added bonus to our stay. We miss you, Claymore! Some constructive feedback - - The dock is in need of repairs. There were broken boards that were covered with temporary boards that had nails/screws sticking up and out. We were pretty nervous having our small kids down on the dock, and we definitely would not have been able to let them be barefoot if we had been swimming. I spoke to Keici about this concern - she explained that they are slowly working on fixing the place up, including the dock :) - The pictures show 4 chairs on the dock, but there was only one. There were, however, kayaks that were in great condition. - There were only plastic plates and bowls, and the plastic plates were in rough shape (very scratched up). Fortunately, we brought paper plates. With regards to cookware, we had everything we needed. We had a great stay, and we would recommend this home for its beautiful views and awesome outdoor space!

Much needed R&R while enjoying the magnificent view from the deck. Short stay but enjoyed every part of it.

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay at this rental! Check-in was easy. The place was clean and beds we’re comfortable. We really liked the location!

This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved the muti-tiered deck and the swimming dock was perfect for lazy afternoons. The views of the lake are absolutely amazing. Keici was so easy to work with. She answered my questions promptly and we were able to easily add a day to our visit. Jasper is a great town with a charming downtown area. We loved it so much that we decided to buy property in nearby Arley and we are building our own dream house on the lake. Thanks for helping to make our dreams come true.

Beautiful view

This lake house was wonderful and spacious. There are four levels of decks (one with a hot tub and one with a lounge area). The kitchen was well appointed, and the appliances were all new. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Smith Lake is beautiful and there were rocks of the dock that were jumpable! The kids had a blast.
