Our suite was clean, tidy and well organized. The whole property was well maintained. Front desk staff were friendly, and knowledgeable about the town. Having such a nice restaurant (sushi Mara) right there was a great bonus. The selection of food at the breakfast nook was awesome. Really, the only thing I wish they had (and it’s a big deal for a lot of people) is recycling. We only had garbage cans and so (because I don’t want Mother Nature angry with me), I had to truck my recycling back home with me which isn’t ideal.

Very basic two star motel. Not really being kept up and seems to be in decline.

Friendly staff, both at check-in and check-out. As well as housekeeping. The day that i was leaving a snow storm had happened overnight, I was slow about leaving as I had to use a walker in the snow the friendly nature was even down to the maintenance worker who seeing my struggles and recognizing that I would need to have the 20cm of snow removed from my car, offer to cleat my so I could check-out. Overall, being a vulnerable traveler I truly appreciated the friendliness, consideration and kindness shown by staff. I also really like that my room was at ground level and very accessible.

The Port Augusta Inn is an excellent choice for comfort/convenience vs price. It had everything we needed, was clean, and economical. The complimentary continental breakfast was an added bonus.

This place did the trick for our flight delay over nighter. Close to the airport. Everything was pretty standard for an older motel. The family that runs it were pretty great. Checkin was smooth and friendly. We didn’t have time to enjoy the area but I know the area and the location is on point for restaurants and the beach.

It was an old property but very clean and well maintained. Very good value, excellent budget hotel. Easy 10 min walk to waterfront and restaurants.

Good-Value Hotel !! Clean, spacious non-smoking room with good water pressure for showers. Included mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, strong WiFi, excellent TV Guide with good range of channels, and free parking. Included continental breakfast was basic but adequate. Will stay here again.

Room was clean and the extra requested pillow was provided quickly. Bed was comfortable. Wasn't able to use the pool as we were there in December and I'm not a "polar bear swimmer". This was our second time staying there.

I have been in many hotel/motel rooms and that was by far...the worst bed we have ever slept in!

I tried to cancel, no one got back to me. I never even stayed and they keep sending emails asking me too rate my experience.

We stayed in a pet-friendly room but it had a smell of smoke and room was in poor repair.

Honestly it was a great deal. There could be a but more attention to cleanliness.

My room was well furnished and comfortable. Heating mechanism functioned well, but couldn’t turn on the TV. So-called continental breakfast a disappointment.

The location is great and the front desk girl who checked us in was helpful and friendly. Rooms looked clean. When we opened the fridge a flood of water poured out because it had been unplugged by housekeeping. We called and told them our towels wouldn’t hold it all and the carpet was wet but nobody came or even offered more towels. A cigarette burn on the duvet was the only other issue.

It was a good stay, room was cosy and comfy, good for the price.

Only issues we had were the door entry and the fact that there was no heating on in the room when we got there but warmed up quickly once we figured out the system. We also could not locate a cloth to was or dry the dishes. As for the door, keyless entry worked fine but the door knob was stuck, sending up to the front desk a few times. Finally, someone came and figured out the door. The room was fine and our stay was lovely.
