I liked the staff. Very friendly and helpful. It was extemely clean and offered a good breakfast. I would stay there again and would recommend this place.

We love staying at Holiday Inns so we were so happy that there is one in Courtenay. It is close to Costco and Match restaurant. We will be back!

Hotel was fine and had everything we needed. The breakfast staff were amazing and even came to our table and offered to get us more coffee when it was a fully self serve buffet. Unfortunately there were a lot of children staying in our floor who ran up and down the hallways screaming for prolonged periods. There was a hockey game played up and down the hallway which was very disturbing. Walks and floors are not very soundproof which is disappointing for a fairly new build. Otherwise this would have been a perfect place to stay for our trip.

Clean and new bldg. My kids loved the pool, and I liked the Gym. Breakfast was amazing, all staffs are friendly and helpful. Thank you, definitely, we will come back.

Friendly and clean i have no problems here. Only problem is they put us by the side door and it is loud and it wakes you but alls good. Best one yet

Rooms are clean, staff are nice. I like they use big bottles toiletries instead of those small ones, environmental friendly 😀

Fresh new hotel, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Very nice walk in shower. Was a bit loud from tenants above. Otherwise such a nice hotel.

We had wonderful stay, especially Front house staff, FOH Manager Manisvi,she was very genuine care about guests, Kudos for her.

Arrived a bit late, the TV didn’t work but I was too exhausted to bother to request it fixed. Got up in the am to go for a swim but the pool didn’t open to 9 and had to check out at 10. On checkout I couldn’t find anyone at the front desk. The hotel is new and clean but the service is sub par

The property has been open a month. It is clean, a decent size parking lot in front, five to seven EV charger parking spots at rear. Local bus cost two dollars to Comox airport car rental.(Only National is open until 12:30 AM) The property location is handy. Easy to locate from Airbase and Civilian airport. Close to College and Aquatic Centre, Superstore-Gas and multi-store strip parking lot. I stayed five nights, arriving after 12am flight arrival. The front entrance was locked. Something I appreciated. Safety first. Check in - check out easy. Reception friendly all the time. My only beef is the breakfast. The same sausages, egg and beans daily. Catering teams and busy periods may require more preparation - including Frosted Flakes. The staff were friendly and worked together collecting dirty dishes and swapping coffee canisters. The reception area was a comfortable warm dry place to pass time before departing to airport.

While the hotel was nice the breakfast was really bad. . The eggs were just terrible over cooked and over ripe bananas. On our 3rd day we finally had apples. Could use a lot of improvement. The cleaning room service left us an obstacle course as we tripped over two garbage cans as we entered our room Overall a 3 stars, the personal was friendly

Good overnight hotel. Pretty basic but served the purpose. Staff was friendly and helpfull

Great location, reasonable price

The front desk staff were very nice, helped with early check in and to sign up for rewards. Room was clean and dpacious. Love the dispensers for soaps, lotions and shampoo's. Would like to see shower caps offered though for ladies. Breakfast was no great, the lady working at it tried to keep up but she could have used help during rushes. The food was inconsistent, the eggs - not good, sausage so-so and bacon very good. Check out smooth and easy. Would return for sure.

Check in was ok but i asked front desk if i could get a late checkout . So checkout was 11am they usually give a hour so 12pm. He said no you can’t have late check out. In morning i asked different clerk for late checkout he had no problem giving me till 12pm to checkout. I think being brown was a difference the night before lol

Almost brand new property. Very clean and organized. Good breakfast.

Housekeeping was not very good. Asked to borrow the vaccum to clean the room and she let me do it myself. 5 days and did the cleaning and fetching.

I would definitely recommend this property to friends going to Courtenay/Comox

beautiful new property with huge rooms. comfy king size bed, large shower. lovely blonde lady supervised massive hot breakfast with make your own pancake machine. scrambled eggs, sausage (pork and turkey), baked beans, cheese omelettes, yogurt, fresh fruit, toaster, cereal, oatmeal and milk, muffins and coffee juice and tea. small canteen to buy pop and snacks. forgot toothpaste and was supplied with a small tube at the front desk. elevators need room key card activation for access to upper floors and electricity in the rooms. friendly and professional staff. with “ihg membership”, comes the option for a late check out if available, so with our later flight this was very helpful.
