Motel is conveniently located with many food options within 5-7 mins walk. The rooms are average size, but clean and well-maintained.
The staff are friendly and made us feel welcome.
I'd recommend this as a great place to stay, especially for the price

Got put on the Costco/18 Wheeler end of the motel. For the 1st time it was not pleasant stay. We were next to a couple that had no reguard for quiet hours and when we asked management to address it we were confronted by that person because that person was an employee "living" there and they office said it was "us" who said something.

This motel 6 location should set the standard for this brand and it should be said it is the best of any I have ever stayed in!! Well done to the owners that care and maintain their property - you leave the others in the dust. The most comfortable beds, freshly painted completely updated quality towels, and linens. Everything was just a pleasure. Thank you for the microwave and refrigerator and being pet friendly. 10 star stay

I travel with a small dog (20 lbs) So this is why I use motel 6 but the experience can be very different from one motel to another. This place was very good they gave me a first floor room right near the dog walk, which was all grass and clean. Small microwave and refrigerator added to the overall experience and would be nice for an extended stay. My only problem was the over use of air freshener, it took a while to air out the room.

VERY CLEAN and STATE OF THE ART-looking room, with mood lighting! Felt safe with the extra locks on the doors and a laundry right a cross the hall. Good supply of towels and soap although rememeber to bring your own shampoo/conditioner as only soap is provided. Great price! I also had a mini fridge and microwave! Perfect with a nice area for clothing storage and a small desk should you like to bring your work with you.

The beds were strange but not bad

The guy above us stomped around every morning and all evening from about 6pm till midnight. Back and forth, back and forth for hours. It sounded like he was wearing work boots. Then he started moving furniture, or something, around. SCREEEEECH stomp, stomp, stomp, SCREEEEECH! Also, our pothead next door neighbor would go outside every hour to smoke his weed and end up hacking his lungs out for 10 minutes every time. Oh, and the view from our room was a huge metal warehouse that was about 15 feet from the door. But, the room was clean.

While older, the motel was in good shape and the room was larger than many. More important, it was one of the cleanest room I've experience with Motel 6. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful with check in and info about restaurants in wanted info about. It was quiet and I had a restful evening. When in the area I would stay here again.

Property exterior is worn and dirty. But the beds were comfortable even though the room's square footage was cramped.

The room was very nice and seemed like it was updated recently. Very fast check-in.

Staff was very good and the room had nice decor, and was very clean, better than some of the other motel 6 locations. The only downfall was that it is way too expensive for a motel 6. It was on a Labor Day weekend but it was complete insanity when I heard people come in and were being quoted $185. Sadly, I had to pay something near that. That part is just plain gouging.

Probably the best Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in. Safe, quiet, lots of parking. Only drawback was that the curtains let so much of the hallway lights into the room that I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Recommend bringing a sleeping mask if light bothers you.

The door keys kept deactivating so EACH day we had to go back to the front office and get our keys reactivated. Also, EVEN AFTER the front office reactivated our keys, they still didn't work. Sorry to say this, but I'll never stay at a Motel 6 again, sorry. Also, the stairs seemed to be so steep, that carrying luggage almost made us fall down several times. We had to go very slowly up and down the stairs.

We already had another room booked at a different city but since there’s fire, they don’t or won’t have electricity for days so we decided to cancel that and found this place instead. It was way overpriced. It was the cheapest we could find at the time and it’s getting really late and almost all of the hotels/motels in the area are sold out. The place is sketchy. People biking around the parking lot in the middle of the night and a guy just moving his car and parking it in a different place. It smells like weed everywhere and people smoking outside their rooms or in the stairs. Other than that, the room is okay except that it was all the way in the back and it’s a little dirty.

My partner and I liked the modern sleekness of the room. We liked the pergo floors especially. It made the room feel cleaner. It was perfect for a one night stay over.

My wife and I decided on a spontaneous trip to see the redwoods so we booked this motel 6 the night before leaving. Upon arrival at check in at 4:30ish they were already sold out due to calfire booking them out. We had to wait a couple hours for a room as the large calfire crews had been in and out of their motel all week. The wait was fine and the staff were very friendly despite being understaffed and over worked. Once we checked in at 8pm we were pleasantly surprised by a clean, comfy, updated room. Our only complaint would be we wish we had more than one pillow each. Props to the motel 6 redwoods team.

Newly remodeled rooms are very nice and clean too. I wish they had blow dryers and coffee makers in the room.

The newly renovated room was very nice and clean. However, it was a shock to be told at check in that I had to pay a $100 deposit due to the renovation, which was in addition to what I'd already paid for the room. When I checked out I was told I would receive a refund to my credit card, but it probably wouldn't post to my account for 4 days. I requested a receipt of the refund transaction just to be sure of that and the clerk obliged. Another employee asked about my stay and let the maintenance man know immediately when I said the room was great except for the toilet ran water continuously. There was very loud noise from traffic all the time since the hotel is right on Broadway/Highway 101.

The walls are so thin you can hear everything outside.

The room eas not even average, the floor was damaged, the tiles were peeling up. Parking was a nightmare, the parking lot was filled with huge trucks. My room was behind a locked gate, my neighbor stood in front of my roon chain smoking, the signage indicated this was NON SMOKING, obviously there was no enforcement. Pretty noisy until after midnight. No recommendation.

The front desk employee Zoey was amazing and helpful! I appreciated her efforts to find me a different room (sadly they didn’t have any available) but then tried anyway possible to fix the cigarette smell. If she wasn’t so kind and put in so much effort, I probably would have left the hotel.
