We had a wonderful stay at the intercontinental Osaka. Mr Wynn Williams was super helpful in arranging a packaging service to send our souvenirs back to the US. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. We also loved the gym and onsen. Only sticky situation was due to the man staffing the onsen only spoke Japanese and I noticed on multiple occasions there ware a language barrier when westerners had questions about the various customs of using slippers in the locker (and where to take them off) how to store clothes in locker, etc. I had difficulty asking him where the bathrooms were but after playing charades, we figured it out :) I would recommend this hotel without any qualms. Thanks again for an incredible stay!

Nothing to complain about my experience with Intercontinental Osaka. The room is spacious and modern, the twin room is super big to accommodate my family of 3 adults. All facilities are there for our needs. This is my second time to stay in this hotel and I will surely come again in future if I visit Osaka. Last but not least, all the servicing staffs are passionate in their jobs when they placed customers in the first place. Thanks all of you to make me feel so good during my 3 nights there!

Fantastic stay at the Intercontinental Osaka. Perfect location. The hotel is beautiful, very modern and spotless. The breakfast is wonderful and will suit any taste. The rooms are large and very well equipped. We particularly loved the shower and tub. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great staff, Nice hotel bar with terrific view. Very close to main subway/train station. Room is quite spacious and fairly modern. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows of great city view. One restaurant is Michelin rated - reservations are recommended.

If I could give this hotel a 6th star, I would. While the entire staff was amazing, Yasuhide (Club Supervisor) went way beyond our expectation. We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 p.m. After dropping our things off in our room, we headed to the lounge for a little snack. Even though cocktail hour ended at 7:30 p.m., I was served a glass of wine and my husband was served his choice of ginger ale (Did you know there were different types of ginger ale-dry and sweet?). We were telling Yasuhide how we had jumped on the train right after work with only 3 minutes to spare, and he said, "Does this mean that you haven't eaten dinner?" By this time it was already 8:30 p.m. and the lounge closes at 9:00 p.m. but that didn't seem to bother Yasuhide. He went into the kitchen and returned with very elaborate bento boxes. At no time, did we feel rushed even when closing time approached. The rooms are well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with king size pillows. I really loved the bath tub and l'occitane bath gel. We also had a beautiful view of the sunset. Breakfast was over the top delicious! Eggs were made to order. Coffee, Cafe Latte, and cappuccino were made to order. However, the pastry selection was the star of the show-flaky layered pastries that would rival any patisserie in France. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea service which was delicious. While all this makes it sound like we never left the hotel, the location is close to Osaka station which makes exploring convenient.

I've eaten at the Intercontinental during previous trips to Osaka, but this was my first time staying there. Wow, wow, wow! Rooms were gorgeous, views were great, and breakfast was stunning. Made every hotel I stayed at in Japan after that seem like a downgrade in comparison. Highly recommended!

Property was lovely and clean. Staff was very nice and attentive. Great location near Osaka station. Very easy for transportation needs to get around Osaka. Would definitely stay here again!

A great hotel experience- good location, friendly and very helpful staff, large immaculate room. Good sports facilities with a large pool and spa. Great breakfast buffet. Free shuttle service to the Kansai airport limo bus. I would happily stay here again.

It’s been years since I’ve stayed at an InterContinental, but I can easily say that stay wasn’t as good as this one. The location is perfect. The facilities, including my guest room, are in fantastic condition. It’s a calming environment to be in. I enjoyed my dinner at the restaurant, but the highlight was definitely the bar. It’s a great place to start and/or end your night. Highly recommend this property for all types of travelers. I will be back.
