Precioso!!

Tout !! L’emplacement avec une vue incroyable sur miami Beach, la superficie de l’appartement respectant l’espace de chacun (après des nuits à 4 dans la même chambre ça fait du bien!). Nous avons eu un problème à notre arrivée avec un sanitaire. Une intervention a été programmée très rapidement via la messagerie et tout est rentré dans l’ordre. La literie est de très bonne qualité. La machine à laver et le sèche linge nous ont permis de ne pas rentrer les valises débordantes de linges sales. La piscine chauffée et les espaces extérieures sont au top : transat, lit extérieur, barbecue à disposition … Le vrai plus : le parking gratuit, sécurisé et dépendant du logement qui nous a permis d’aller et venir sans pression et à n’importe quelle heure.

Pas grand chose mais si nous devions dire quelque chose c’est que la fenêtre de la chambre donnant sur la rue passante est la seule à ne pas être en double vitrage …. L’absence de volet aux fenêtres (simple store) qui laisse passer le jour le matin et qui a été responsable de mes réveils très matinaux. Et pour finir, il faudrait peut être rajouter 2/3 équipements dans la cuisine comme un saladier et un plat passant au four et pourquoi pas une glacière ? ( pour une famille restant une semaine sur place, cela serait bien pratique).

High standart of apartment, nice view, clean. Everything what is needed was there.

Late check out requested via phone week ahead. They said that link with payment will be send day beofre check out. I have paid 60$ day before. It has been denided 90 mnins before normal check out. It was very importnant as we had flight 9h later and we was outside of apartament. They said that it`s busy for new clients. That wasn`t true as I checked booking from that day for that apartamant and it was free. We have sent 4 messages which was took more time even checking the calendar and inform us day before and not 90 min beofre normal check out. Unfortunately this will lower overall score. Pool - located on 6th floor and it was windy every day, even on sunny day with 28 degree was cold. No wind protection.

Quando chegamos, ela estava limpa e organizada. O acesso era bom.

Não tive nenhum dia de arrumação na acomodação nas 3 noites que la estive.

The location and view were perfect. There was everything you need in a house. It was comfy, clean and enjoyable. Free parking was great. If I come to Miami again , I will stay here for sure. Thanks for everything. Best from Türkiye

The apartment in general was very clean, we rented apartment in front of the pool with no issues.

staff is rude and manager doesn’t help at all. They try to pretend they are giving you a favor when dealing with packages and other kind of basic service that’s offer from the building so try to avoid anything related from the front desk and the managers as well. Property owners should look urgently for new replacement for front desk and managers.
