Location, breakfast, cleanliness. We were in town for a cheer competition at the Track at New Balance. This hotel was close, great price, free parking, excellent breakfast. We will def stay again.

Das Zimmer hat ausreichend Platz für Zwei Erwachsene und Kind geboten. Das Bad hatte eine gute Größe, die Dusche war top. Das Zimmer sauber. In unsere Etage (möglicherweise in jeder?) gab es einen Raum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, alles sauber und sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für amerikanische Verhältnisse viel Auswahl. Abends konnten wir uns problemlos Essen aus dem Supermarkt in den Mikrowellen warm machen und unten essen. Der Pool ist nicht groß aber ausreichend. Die Lage (Auto ist ein Muss) ist gut, man ist schnell auf der Autobahn.

Das Fenster im Zimmer ließ sich leider nicht öffnen. Nicht schön. Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen.

Please add Bathroom doors for privacy. Moreover, the doors act as a barrier against odor and heat loss. They prevent unpleasant odors from seeping into the bedroom. They also help keep the bathroom's temperature warm and prevent heat loss when you're taking a hot shower.

The room and location to Mass General was less than 5 minutes. It worked out perfect. The breakfast was good. There was options. The room was very clean and well put together.

The beds are fair to low in comfort. However, due to the cost iand the fact that the hotel is fairly new the mattresses provided could be of more comfort, after a weeks day, I did come home with a severe back ache. Also during this day one of the elevator was in poor service and by the end of our stay, the second elevator was also in poor service, we had to take stairs from 5th floor with all luggage on departure day

Didn’t understand why room didn’t have full set of blackout drapes. The one in the room only covered half of the window.

Facility was well maintained. Comfortable bed, good room size and variety of breakfast options. Gym was not crowded. Polite hotel staff.

There were several strands of hair on the towels in the bathroom.

Very nice breakfast and friendly staff. Our front desk person Kofi who checked us in was very friendly and recommended a fantastic restaurant for us to have dinner. kudos!

The location was perfect for our purposes. Staff was very accommodating for an early check-in request due to a medical appointment. Breakfast on site.

After booking at the hotel at Endicott university and seeing the rooms, we quickly asked for a full refund, so awful. I got online and booked at your hotel and we were so incredibly relieved to check in to a lovely , comfortable and clean hotel!

The room was clean

The curtain did not block street light,it shined in my eyes all night while trying to sleep. We were woken at 530 am from the floor above loud footsteps. Bed not comfortable, booked 2 queen beds instead was given king suite with king bed. Couldn't switch after check-in needed to be somewhere.

The staff was helpful and super friendly. Especially the gentleman when we checked in and the gentleman who worked maintenance. Everyone seemed happy and ready to help. The place was clean and the bed was comfy.

The parking spaces were really close together.
