Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Waltham

Very clean and comfortable

Great breakfast! Location good not noisy.

It was quiet, clean and comfortable. I liked the extra room to sit and watch TV. The bed was very comfortable.

We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but the service was quite slow. There was only one person there to cover the bar and wait on tables, so not really his fault.

Did not eat the breakfast.

No matter how many times that I reset the heat to warm the room, the air conditioning continued to cool the suite down! I was there overnight for a colonoscopy the next day. My prep was at 6:00pm and at 3:00am. I was awake from 3:00am to the time I left at 7:00am. The temperature in the room dropped to 66 degrees before I shut the system down. I literally froze. I did not call the front desk as I was in the process of cleansing my bowel and also did not want my partner to be awakened by maintenance. I wanted to complain the next morning but there was a line at the front desk and I needed to make it to my appointment on time.🥶🤬
