The breakfast
5.0
The size of the rooms/suites was great. The breakfast would have been great if it hadn’t been so crowded that it took too long to stand in line for eggs.
One bed looked like it had been sat in, so we were worried about whether the sheets were clean. Bathroom floor corners weren’t clean. The sink in both bathrooms didn’t work correctly — even when we turned on both hot and cold water in an attempt to get warm water, it ran either boiling hot or freezing cold. The furniture in the living room area looked shabby. There was tons of wall space in the bathroom but no bars to hang towels on.

It was very nice and clean
The lady who checked me in had a very nasty attitude and wasn't nice at all.

No fruit for breakfast but otherwise breakfast was good
The room smelled! It smelt of smoke and poop! Also there were hundreds of kids at the hotel that weekend that were running and screaming. We had our grand baby with us.

La comidad y limpieza de la instalación
Me gusto todo solo que quise desayunar pero baje a las 10:00am y día de semana era hasta las 9:30am el desayuno. Estaría bueno que fuera hasta un poco más tarde , pero todo bien .

The room was quite big.
The room was very noisy since the AC/ extractor was very loud. Additionally, it was dusty.
The staff was not friendly at all. Nobody is greeting you. At the reception they focus more how to avoid you instead of proactive helping you.
The drinks at the bar are very pricey for being an old hotel in the middle of nowhere.
It is the first hotel I stayed in where I needed to clean my breakfast table and to bring my plates/ cups etc. from breakfast to a tray. Felt more like a McDonalds.

Layout of hotel and rooms.
Once again the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. This was second time we’ve stayed here and were unable to enjoy the advertised amenity.

Breakfast was OK, not exceptional as it used to be.. room had a bad smell, complained to the front manager and was told no room to switch to, promised to send a cleaning staff who never came. We're surprised to learn that we had to pay for parking on an open air lot next to the building where it used to be free.

My kids really enjoyed the morning breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was good and there was a solid choice of foods to choose from. The suite we stayed in was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The TV had a great selection of channels to choose from to keep the kids busy as it rained.
It seems that the building (outside) needs to be painted and the pool was not available. I also did not like the $15/night parking fee when there seems to be ample parking around the building to make it free (versus if parking space was at a premium like in Downtown Boston).

The breakfast was good.
I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. The room ran too warm and I couldn’t adjust the temperature on my own. The woman at check out barely paid attention and did not ask how our stay was. I couldn’t get the local sports station on TV which seems standard to local cable companies in New England. No extra pillows in the room.

Breakfast options / facilities were reasonable
Old room badly in need of refurbishment - seemed we were allocated a room kitted out for a guest with a disability so hope that wasn't needed for anyone else. Bedsprings were tired and noisy all the time. Was also disgusted to be charged for nightly parking when there was a huge parking area and the hotel is not in a great position for public transport and dining options (its a 10 minute drive at least to the nearest tram station). Also found the reception staff were pretty miserable

Breakfast was great!
The only thing I consider negative is the fee for parking our vehicle there. Come on! it is your property, why do you have to charge for this??

No clean, staff is rude at the front desk,
Front was rude, gave me keys to a room already occupied

Nothing went well
We were so angry that we wrote a letter to the CEO. The response: we cannot do anything as the hotel management did not agree to offer compensation. This is the fourth false alarm om the hotel because of front desk employee error (SUDI) and poor management (Suzanne). We did not sleep much. Management was condescending.
Soon they will meet a guest who will not tolerate such treatment similar to what I received after paying $447
This is the worst experience.

Location
Beds were uncomfortable, excessive noise from other guests. No towels for showering in room, had to call and request. Room was not ready until after 5 PM when check in was 4 PM.

Convient comfortable bed
While there was a microwave refrigerator sink there were no utensils plates or glasses there were no glasses in the bathroom and when we asked for glasses we were told to come down and get them they eventually brought us two paper coffee cups also charged $15 for parking yet it had a large parking area around the hotel was in a suburban setting and the fee was not listed in there pricing online

We have stayed here many times over the last few years and have always had a pleasant experience. However, this last time was awful.
We were going to bed when our vents started squealing very loudly and wouldn't stop. We called the front desk. They said they would send someone up to our room, but they never did. The noise paused for about 20 minutes and we all fell asleep, but then went off again at 4am. Needless to say, we were not happy. When we were leaving, we wanted to speak with someone about it, but the hotel was short staffed and the person at the front desk was busy. There were 3 people ahead of us in line and we had to leave so we just didn't say anything. I even have multiple videos of the incident and the noise. Definitely not happy!
