The pool was perfect for our boys. We also loved the gym. The whole place was super clean! Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. Super easy parking and close on and off the highway

Good parking, friendly staff.
The cleaning products used in the rooms are so pungent they made us feel nauseated as gave us headaches. The bed frames are wobbly and the king beds aren’t full kings. Bigger than a queen but barely.

The hotel was very clean and overall had a very nice stay that we decided to stay there another night vs. finding another hotel near where we were going. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when we decided to extend. Overall, I'd say this was a very good place to stay, and I'd highly recommend it based on all aspects of the stay.
Breakfast, you have to pay for, for some reason. Every other Hilton I've stayed at has had breakfast included. This by no means was a bad thing.

From the moment I stepped in, the staff's attentiveness was phenomenal , making me feel valued and welcomed. They went the extra mile to make my stat amazing, displaying a level of dedication that is truly commendable. Their knowledge and expertise in their respective roles were evident, as they effortlessly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Thanks to their exceptional service, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another delightful visit..

I have never been so HUMILIATED in my life! After a tiring day at the airport (delayed flight and everything) I arrived at the hotel around midnight. when I tried to check in. Joe Mahra (the person at the front desk) said I couldn't pay cash, only by card. Unfortunately I didn't have the full amount available on my card at that time, as that would be over U$1,000.00 and I would have to buy more dollars since I'm a tourist. I bought it, but the transaction took a while to complete and make the full amount available to me. Even though I offered a deposit of 1,000.00 (until the amount in on my account) + the room amount, Joe Mahra did not accept that I entered the room. Even though I was obviously exhausted. I also gave him the option to pay only for the first night, as I had the amount available on my card, he didn't accept it either! He said he didn't have a room available and made me call booking.com to cancel my reservation and supposedly release the room. I did! And then he said that the cancellation was not in his system and asked me to look for another hotel. I stayed for 3 and a half hours in the Lobby, calling the surrounding hotels and asking if I could check in at that time (1am - 2am) none of them allowed or had availability. Even seeing my frustration, Joe would come to me saying that the system did not update and that I should look elsewhere. And then after 3 and a half hours in the lobby. exhausted and humiliated. He said he would “help” me and offered me a room. At twice the regular price. The room was terrible and smelled like mold! I was so tired and sad, I cried myself to sleep! I don't understand why he I did that, I hope I never have that experience again.

Spacious room pool clean
Lack of staff knowing if pool was open. Told it was closed but saw kids in pool. They said ooh it is open went down next morning told same thing pool closed told them we were in last night They opened it up. Have to walk around while hotel to get to patio. No door open to get to patio. Hated walking through dinning room to get to pool! Stupid!!!

Hotel was centrally located and near the highway for easy access. Restaurant and grocery options were nearby. Area was a little busy considering traffic. Room was very clean, especially the bathroom, and all fixtures/shower were in nearly new condition. Hotel was generally quiet. Staff were friendly and efficient. Ample parking was available. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby and Keurig was available in the room.
Breakfast was not included, and the $15 price was more than what we were willing to spend. View from the room was a shut-down hotel and gas station across the major roadway.

The breakfast was fine and the location was good.
My reservation on booking was based on “no pets” policy and I was shocked to see pets at the hotel. Upon enquiring at the front desk I was told that hotel is “pet friendly”. I have allergy towards pets! Booking has to make sure that the correct hotel policy is stated on its website.
