great facilities and lots of space. Extremely comfy bed. Lots of little extras to enhance your stay. Friendly staff - very welcoming. Could get into the apartment from 1pm onwards and didn’t have to check out until midday.

Everything and will def come back. Layout was perfect, it was quiet and balcony was lovely.

Location was amazing. Good value compared to elsewhere in Kefalonia. Seemed to have everything required - including washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, shampoo and soap. Close walk to lots of restaurants and boat trips, in the centre of the island so good base to travel elsewhere. Air con was good when we managed to get it working - struggled to turn on the unit in the living room but bedroom was fine.

Communication with the host wasn't great. We did a last minute booking - just over 24 hours in advance but I had to call quite a few different numbers through booking.com to get a confirmation and the door code. Communication seemed ok when I asked if we could have a late checkout at 9pm, only for the cleaner to arrive at 12pm saying we had to leave within the hour as they had a last minute booking (I had been Whatsapping with the host just an hour before). We weren't packed or ready to go - a stressful end to our holiday! The room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom when we arrived. No cushions on the sofa so not that welcoming. to relax on.

Modern and clean apartment on the edge of town, with a nice balcony facing the hills and the evening sun. Perfect for our family, with a double room and a separate twin room. It felt really clean and well looked after, with plenty of nice touches like water and juice in the fridge and dishwasher and washing tablets left out. The aircon was excellent too and there were even some interesting antique books on the shelves. Only 200m from the marina with easy access to all the shops and some good swimming beaches just outside the harbour. Easy key pick up from a lock box outside the door, with the code messaged to us by the owner via booking.com in advance. We only stayed one night before leaving for home the next day but we would have been very happy to stay much longer.

There was a separate switch for the hot water which we didn't notice at first (despite a helpful sign on the fuse board!) so perhaps it would be helpful to be told that in advance but otherwise no issues, we really liked the place.

Excellent apartment. Very well set up and with everything you may need. There was a nice gift on the fridge. Wifi and AC excellent. Good silent sleep. Lovely kitchen.
