Great accommodation, lots of indoor and outdoor space. Well equipped with microwave, sandwich toast maker, Nespresso machine, etc. Plenty of space to park, and was easy to find. Arranged a time to arrive via messaging, all very easy and with prompt responses. Good location on the edge of the village, and less than 10 minutes walk to the centre. Best bit is the most fantastic views over Agia Effima. Our host recommended the Pergola restaurant, it is a set back a bit from all the others on the front so could be missed, but is one of the best and most authentic Greek restaurants we've ever visited, so big thanks for the tip.

It's a bit steep walking up to the house. More than made up for by the views, but for any one with a mobility problem it might be an issue.

Beautiful location, very close to the lovely coastal village of Agia Efimia which has everything you need. The apartment was very clean and beds comfortable. It has a good view of the bay and surrounding mountains. Close to some beautiful beaches.

The booking.com photos only initially showed the larger apartment, which we thought we had booked. It was only after we had paid we realised that we had rented the lower, (smaller) apartment. When we got there, the actual accommodation was smaller than we had thought, (we thought we had rented the entire lower floor), but instead it was a far smaller section of the building. For this reason, we felt that it was slightly overpriced for the space. A couple of sun-loungers outside would have been nice.

We stayed in the top apartment of the building, the wraparound balcony and views through the plate glass windows were stunning. Air con made it very comfortable and Ayia Effemia is a lovely location. Our hosts were very helpful whilst booking and throughout our stay, we'd highly recommend it.

Wonderful view, very clean and well equipped apartment. We were so happy with our decision to stay in this apartment, everything corresponded to the description. Being aware of the steep ramp to access the property (of course you need to go up to enjoy such a wonderful view), we were prepared for it. Lovely beautiful beaches nearby. Agia Effimia is in a perfect location, plenty of restaurants, well-equipped small supermarkets but at the same time very quiet.

The view is utterly amazing from an incredible terrace. Property is well looked after, good bed linen and towels replaced a couple of times during our 2 week stay. Very important air conditioning in both living room and bedroom.

I have to admit walking up the steep hill to property could be tough on occasion but more than compensated for by the spectacular view.

We loved the beautiful view over the bay. The apartment is close walking distance from town but quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing break. The accommdation is clean and comfortable. The steep walk up to the apartment didn't bother us. There is a beach just at the bottom of the drive after crossing the road. The children called it "the private beach" - perfect for diving into the clear sea. Ayia Evfimia is a wonderful town and our children loved their diving course with Aquatic. Favourite restaurant was "Sea Rock" but we didn't have a disappointing meal anywhere. Next time we go to Kefalonia we would love to stay in one of Costa's apartments again.

Kitchen equipment is basic. Ok for cooking a simple meal. But with all the amazing restaurants nearby, why cook at home.
