Friendly owners, awesome pool, large, clean apartment, kitchen. Everything good.

My only concern was that it was listed as a "hotel", but was actually more like an Airbnb- with a deposit, cleaning fees, paying for overuses of electricity, etc. My expectation of a :"hotel" is that you pay for the room, you live in it for a night or two, then you leave. No deposits or extra fees. But maybe that's a cultural thing. The place was great, however,

The apartment is in a very bad condition. Lots of ants everywhere, windy, and especially the beds are old and moldy. The apartment is located in a working class neighborhood far outside of Playa. It was often hard to get a taxi back from Playa center as they do not want to go that far. The pool was dirty when I was there.

Super friendly and helpful host, easy communication. Well equipped kitchen, multiple bedrooms, quiet neighbourhood, swimming pool, what else would I need?

Everything was great

Beautiful little apartment. Spotlessly clean. Very modern. Nice balcony with hammock. Beautiful gardens and pool area to relax by which we had to ourselves most of the time. 10/15 minutes from main tourist area but taxis are very cheap (50 pesos) and easy to catch at the end of the road. Kitchen was great and had everything you need to make a good meal. Hosts met us on arrival and told us everything we needed to know and were very helpful throughout the week. Exceptional value for money. We felt really safe here as the apartment and pool area is only accessibly by key. Perfect size appartment for our family of 4.
