The location is perfect, right near the city center. It is clean and very spacious.

Room structure and size were good. Modern furnished. Common terace is very big size.

Kitchen equipment and washing machine are too old. Terace is not private. Too long way to the parking place. No enough information about parking from the landlord.

Location was perfect

The location of this flat is great, right in the maze of streets in the historic town center of Piran. This is a spacious flat in a historic building, and the ceiling height is amazing. It has an impeccable kitchen, air-conditioning above the main entrance, washing machine, dining table and comfy sofa. We stayed here in winter, so neighbouring noises were not an issue at all. The downstairs neighbours were really nice and we were warmly received upon arrival by our greeter. A parking card to the town's big garage comes with the flat, and works very smoothly. The shower is hot and high pressure.

Being here in winter, the flat was a bit chilly and did take long to warm up - this might be a point in favour in the hot summer months! In terms of comfort and atmosphere, the living room and kitchen are a notch above the bedrooms and bathroom, but we stayed comfortably as a family of four.
