Not clean. Not a good property. It’s cheap but they will not reimburse you if you don’t like it so just pay more for something else. I won’t go back

We check in for 3 nights. First off this hotel says there’s AC but there was no AC in our room only a heater. When we told front desk they said half the bldg. doesn’t have AC. I know it’s winter but the room was getting pretty hot even without the heater on and most the windows wouldnt say open because they were broken and the one that weren’t didn’t open all the way. Second I booked a suite with 2 queen beds but was given a suite with one queen bed. I didn’t complain because both couches in that suite pulled out to beds for the kids. Third, we stayed 3 nights and they provide no housekeeping service and if you want house keeping service it was $40 a night extra. When we asked for extra linen we were only given a couple of sheets and no towels or blanket. We ended up using the pool towels. I think the hotel needs to be up front about these things before people book. I was pretty disappointed. I don’t think we will be staying there at our future visits to Reno.

Worst place we’ve ever stayed. Was staying with 5 family members. Got the one bedroom suite with two queen beds and a pull out couch advertised as sleeps 6. Got to check in 3 people ahead of us all had “lost reservations”. Front desk lady bad talked all of them while checking me in. My hotels reservation went through no problem. Got up to the room noticed no blankets or pillows for the pull out. Called down said they had none available(then don’t advertise it!!!!) then the shower curtains were stained or dirty disgusting.

Very good place

Staff was amazing, informative and very helpful, the room was very clean but the age of the property shows. Lights in the bedroom wouldnt turn on, but it worked out because we had a movie night with a projector so lights werent needed. Pull out bed didnt have any sheets and only one blanket was provided for it, but the queen beds were quite comfy. Overall, the kids had a complete blast in the swimming pool, having the kitchen made all the difference. Would definitely go back!

We actually had a good time. It’s an older hotel but my 3 boys loved the options. Indoor pool and arcade room with pool table. Boys played pool for the first time. Staff were really friendly. We’ll go back sometime in the future. Thank you

Staff was really nice. 1st night the people above us were ceiling LOUD and screaming started about 1:00 am till 2:30. 2nd night started about same time going till about 4 am. no screaming just ceiling LOUD !

The stay was good the room was clean

We stayed here thanksgiving weekend. Our kids had a blast in there entertainment room. The staff was amazing with our family. Although it’s a pet free place they were very accommodating with our service dog. The manager took care of us and our complicated situation with the best attitude. This now our new favorite place to stay! We will be back.

LVR Reno is a good, affordable place to stay if you want to save money by preparing your own meals. It's no-frills, but in pretty good shape. It was very quiet when I was there, and felt safe. Good location, at the line between downtown and midtown. Lot's of dining and shopping in walkable distances. My only complaint was that after two days they ran out of the coffee pods for in-room coffee. And they weren't a type that you can find at grocery stores

The hotel was good in meeting the minimal needs at a reasonable rate. But I was shocked by sleeping in the bed with no blankets, not having a hair dryer in the bathroom, having only plates, cups, and utensils for only two people, etc. Would I go there again? Yes, because it's in a safe district, clean, reasonable in cost, staff is courteous and friendly. Maybe that's the way some motels have to be these days after post-covid and some people stealing blankets, hair dryers, etc.

Great location, excellent staff, nice pool.

Kitchen had no light over area, thin walls, safe didn't work, very limited parking, staff entered room without permission, blanket had cigarette burns in it. I will avoid this location in the future!

Is no A/C in that place room was super hot

I was in town to see family. Kaylie at the front desk was excellent, and when I got lost Rich the security guy was so helpful, gave me a run down of all the amenities. Thought it would be noisy but it wasn’t. Nice tv and good selection of channels.

Property had the type of room arrangement we were looking for. Covered parking and a swimming pool.

The Expedia rooms are bare no blankets only sheets back side of the property. Second rate rooms. No paperwork or receipts. No soap they don’t make or clean the room.

The property and room was kind of shabby, but that is understandable for such a busy destination. The staff were kind and helpful. The pool was clean and we were surprised to find a sauna. The location was GREAT! Parking was free, which was a nice bonus. We'd probably book here again, especially since they had suites with 2 bathrooms.

My trailer was broken into during my stay. Elevator was broken. Door of room was malfunctioning. Got a room so I’d feel safer in Reno for the night rather than staying in my trailer. Regret my decision. Front desk girls and maintenance man were very nice. Everything else about property was not good.

The property is old and dirty. The room we booked was far away for my mom to walk to, but they gave us a replacement that that had one bed and bath at the same price. Moreover the pull out couches felt like sleeping on the rocks! Very few beddings provided for a cold night.

The location is great, property needs updating, AC is hit or miss, staff was nice, but there are no phones in the rooms and not a lot of storage;

Great location in downtown, the property is very old and dusty. our air conditioner in our suite works but very dusty.

Clean room comfy bed close to everything

The property itself was in a great location. Security monitors property. Staff was friendly. Only downside was the walls are thin and you can hear everything from other rooms or hallways as people passed by. The deck and golf course seems to be decaying and in of some repair. Also Pretty sure the room had a full size bed and not a queen size as stated on the website. We did like the option of having a small stocked kitchen to use.

The parking lot is too small for anything bigger than a highlander. The shower stall leaked a lot and it took over 30 minutes for my water to warm up for a shower. They claim queen beds, but these beds are almost smaller than full beds. The pillows were hideous. The room didn’t have good air control at all. As soon as the AC would shut off the room would be burning hot and something was wrong with the AC when it was on it would squill. Sounded like an animal was in there. I could hear my husband just talking on the 4th floor when on the 1st floor. Then they charged a resort fee on top of all of this. This place isn’t a resort and until they fix a lot of their issues they shouldn’t be charging for such.
