Nothing

Good location, friendly staff and luxurious interior

The master bedroom had a light that couldn’t be turned off by any switches and I couldn’t sleep the first night. The electrician came the second night and had to do re-wiring and removal of the light bulb just to turn it off. It made me feel like I was a fussy customer cos it was meant to be turned on as an “emergency light even if the room card was removed” but I was sure the light was too bright to be permanently turn on as it was within the master bedroom and there was no partition to block the light. We had to clean the debris from the work ourselves and the electrician did not remove his shoes when servicing.

Amazing hotel. Room was very large, well equiped, very modern. Location is superb. Staff was amazing. Breakfast is great. Very nice pool. We really had a great stay at Pan Pacific.

Comfortable bed, many pillows

Tv chromecast is very laggy, Toilet smelt like cigarettes, coffee capsule missing, weird sound coming from the speaker beside the sofa.
