Alles sehr klein, vor allem das Bad, aber mir hat‘s an nichts gefehlt :)

It is a small unit with a tiny bathroom (fantastic shower!) - but it has everything you need. It is well-equipped, clean, and tidy. There is even a bit of a sea view which is awesome, and a good-sized balcony. Very safe, a great location. Would definitely return.

DONT BOOK - Went to hell here - Break-in and no help Ich kann nur abraten, auch nur einen Fuß in die Flamingo Apartments zu setzen. Ich habe hier eine unglaubliche Geschichte erlebt, die mich stark traumatisierte hat. Hier wird mit einer 24/7 Security geworben, diese ist aber keinesfalls gegeben. Es wurde kurz nachdem ich Geld abgeholt habe in mein Hotelzimmer gewaltsam eingebrochen, trotz abgeschlossener Tür. Ich wurde komplett ausgeraubt, Bargeld, Kreditkarten und Laptop. Es liegt die Vermutung nahe, dass die Security selbst in diesen Fall involviert war und ausgekundschaftet hat, wann ich mein Apartment verlasse. Die Kriminellen konnten die Security einfach passieren und wurden anscheinend direkt zu meinem Apartment geleitet. Nun würde man vermuten, dass Perch Stays/Flamingo Apartments sich entschuldigt und alles tut, um den Fall aufzuklären und mir zumindest eine kleine Entschädigung zukommen zu lassen. Aber Fehlanzeige, die Ungeheuerlichkeiten gehen weiter. Noch nicht einmal für die letzte Nacht, in der ich nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben konnte, weil die Tür komplett zerstört war, wird mir erstattet. Die Verantwortlichen ziehen sich aus der Affäre und behandeln mich als Tourist wie einen Aussetzigen. Jeder, dem sein Hab und Gut wie auch seine seelische Gesundheit etwas wert ist, sollte diesen Anbieter im großen Bogen meiden. Hier sind professionelle Kriminelle am Werk, die sich an Touristen bereichern. Ich werde rechtliche Schritte gegen die Verantwortlichen einleiten.

Having to get rid of my own rubbish Could view Netflix , Youtube etc but not DSTV Check in process was a nightmare - QR code system was not explained to me before arrival & security staff at reception were most unhelpful

Clean space. modern furniture. Comfortable bed. Good shower pressure.

Check in system very glitchy. Delays with getting QR code to get access to lift and apartment became frustrating. No one answers the helpline too.

It’s a very nice and cozy apartment and the location is absolutely great. I really love staying at the Flamingo Apartments.

Adoramos o fato do apartamento ser novinho, muito bem equipado e decorado, toalhas novas e cama confortável, apesar de um pouco pequena (tamanho casal padrão). O porteiro que fica na recepção também é muito simpático e nos auxiliou no que pode. Merece destaque a vista para o Lion's Head, dos apartamentos de frente para a montanha!

Nada muito ruim, mas apenas sugestões de melhoria: Reservamos 3 apartamentos, e na entrega das chaves usaram 3 métodos diferentes: para um apartamento deram apenas um QR Code, que funcionava para entrar no prédio e para entrar no apartamento (porém se o celular descarregar na rua, como foi o meu caso, não sei como seria se não estivesse com as pessoas do otro apartamento); para o segundo deram uma chave física para entrar no apartamento e um chaveiro de aproximação para entrar no prédio; e para o tereceiro apartamento deram somente uma chave física para o apartamento. Então as pessoas desse apartamento só poderiam entrar no prédio e no elevador acompanhadas de alguém que tivesse esse acesso! Pedimos mais um chaveiro de aproximação, mas não nos deram; acabaram usando o print do QR Code do primeiro apartamento, mas não seria isso o correto. Outra coisa que precisaria ser mais organizada é a troca de toalhas, que fizeram apenas no quinto dia, por muita insistência nossa. Ficamos 7 dias. E por fim, poderiam melhorar a vedação do blackout das janelas, que vaza bastante luz pelas laterais.

The location is right beside the promenade. The apartment has good view. All facilities were decent.

The check in was late than stated time.

Location- Perfect, next to the sea and cafe's, restaurants. Mojo Market is a few meters away Clean, with great views of Lions head Value for money. Safe neighborhood

We enjoyed that we could do our exercises closer to the location Running alongside the Promenade Also could tour the Redbus and disembark at a stop near the apartment. The apartment had was well equipped.

The were no bigger dustbins to pour out the smaller dustbin s. Also extra bath towels when no cleaning staff is available change towels.

The staff was so helpful and very kind they went extra miles to make our stay memoabke

We did not book for breakfast, but we liked the quietness of the Apartment.

The fact that there was no parking available and when we did find parking we had to pay. Personally I would not mind paying more if parking was available. Also that fact that there was no DSTV. My husband loves sport and he could not watch anything while i was working.

Layout of the room was ok.It has all the kitchen elements.The location is more for party not leisure.

It's noising guests keep throwing doors,floor 8 smells like vomit.The rooms on the main road is very loud during the day and night.Cant move properly in the bathroom to small.Rye sliding door needs to be properly noise proof it's sounds like you outside from inside.Change these them I will consider going back but at the moment I won't.
