Location and convenience

The staff is clearly young and inexperienced. People fly in from all over the world at different times and it's pointless to declare your arrival time in advance if the hotel is understaffed. During check-in and during check out we had two separate incidents where the person on the desk was curt and the second time downright rude (for which they apologised later).

Very clean, friendly staff, and beautiful room.

The elevator was broken and my room was on the top floor. The staircases were very narrow and difficult to walk up and down. The staff apologized for the inconvenience.

The location was amazing, both convenient and beautiful. The photographs do not show the beautiful street it is on, full of shady trees and charming properties. The hotel itself, both room and lobby lounge, are attractive and a pleasure to be in. There is easy access to the museums, places to eat and tram lines to get you around the city. The entire staff was also pleasant, professional and helpful. Andre, the gentleman at reception, was especially gracious and charming. We plugged something in the electrical outlet that blew the fuse and lights out and he very swiftly resolved the issue and eased concern with some welcome charm and humor, that day and throughout our four-day stay.

While the beds in general were cozy and comfortable, one of the mattresses sagged in the middle which made it hard to get comfortable.

Location and staff were excellent. The woman who checked us in was very helpful giving us directions . We appreciated the local restaurant list and 110 volt outlet in the room. The bed was comfortable.

The room was awkwardly arranged. The sink is inside the door and not with the shower and toilet. The space between the sink and bed/bath area is very narrow and difficult for 2 people to move around each other.
