Allt var bra

Jag gillade boendet och allt fungerade bra!

i was sceptical when i first booked the hotel, it looked shady and disorganized but not that bad the location of this hotel is perfect for those who rely on termini station for transportation, its less than 5 mins walk from termini, restaurants and cafes are all around the hotel the balcony is huge .. i love it the staff (rafique) was wonderful and helpful for this price its a great deal but expectations needs to be managed the hotel is on the 5th floor but there is a tiny elevator the room is clean

first thing, there was no one at the time i arrived and called the hotel staff to come and open the door. not 24/7 reception the room which was given to me is not the one i booked, but Rafique gave me a room with a balcony as per my booking on the second day the walls are paper thin, so no good sleep, you can here next room talking. no shower amenities (shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner) no (do not disturb) sign
