Located in Connaught Place, a very popular quarter of New Delhi, full of shops and places to visit and very close to many attractions of the city, is unbelievable quit and silent and, last but not least, very safe, especially for solo women travellers. The room was so clean and perfumed.

Great location to visit the city. Perfect location to go to the Airport by metro. Clean. Next to Janparth market, good place for last minute shopping before going back home (local market, not tourist market. If anyone tells you it is a second hand market, it’s not true, they are just trying to lure you to a tourist market). The working staff was kind.

- Be aware that he charges for the “complimentary” tea and water offered at arrival. We were VERY disappointed because at no point in time he disclaims that those will be charged, only when we asked why the price to pay didn’t match the price listed in booking. We had been travelling India for 3 weeks at that point, and everywhere the complimentary water and tea were free of charge. - We had an early flight and we had to leave at 5am. When we asked him about the metro, he told us that the metro opened at 6am and Ubers don’t work either at that time, and he could arrange a taxi for 2.000 Rs (at least double market price rate). Turns out the metro DOES OPEN at 4:45am, and only costs 50 Rs per person. Uber also offered available drivers. We felt that he tried to scam us. If you can’t trust your hotel host, who can you trust? Did he really not know this, being a Hotel next to the AirPort Express Metro line? - The bed is hard as stone. I can only recommend this place if you care about the location and refuse any service that he offers. It is the first time in many years travelling that I felt a host tried to scam us. We felt disrespected as customers.

Nice homestay feel in a quiet location. I felt taken care of - Santosh sent me the address the day before I arrived and had someone collect me from the station. He always asked how my day was and called one night when I was out late to check if I was okay. I liked that you could order food anytime and I can also confirm that the wi-fi and laundry service were good.

A disclaimer that this is the only place I've stayed in, in central Delhi, so I have no other comparisons yet! Payment - I know cash is still king in India, but I'm not comfortable carrying around large amounts of it. I tried two different cards to pay for my stay (one of which had been used to pay for accommodation the previous night) and then it eventuated that the card reader didn't take foreign cards. This was highly stressful, particularly as it was on my first full day in India by myself. FYI, SBI ATM accepted my card; Indian Bank and Bank of Baroda didn't. Room - Whilst the property was in a quiet location, my room didn't have windows and was opposite reception, so I heard a lot of noise through the walls. I also found the bed a bit hard, and I usually like harder beds! These things didn't bother me, but as a heads up, the heater needs to be switched on for at least 5 min prior to having a warm shower (I didn't really need one as it was so hot) and there's not much to separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom area.

The place was impossible to find. Has no board or sign, is actually a house turned into a hotel. The fotos on booking.com are not the same as the hotel rooms in reality. I mean why even show a swimming pool in the photos when there is none. The payment on booking.com was fixed around 2700 rs but the hotel staff charged 3400 on the lieu of VAT ( its is over 20 percent) im not even sure if thats legit.

Excellent,posh locality.Very friendly host.Absolutely clean washroom. And the breakfast was soo nyc just like you would get at home.

인도 여행의 마지막 숙소로 잡았는데 가성비가 너무나 좋아서 만족하며 갑니다. 숙소 청결,쾌적하고 위치도 좋고 무엇보다도 사장님이 친절하셔서 다시 오고싶은 곳! 델리 오면 또 여기서 지낼래요~ 위치👍 코넛플레이스까지 걸어서 12분정도에요. 숙소가 조용한 주택가에 있는데 밖에 간판이 없어서 위치가 헷갈릴 수 있지만 구글지도에 위치가 정확히 표시되어있어요. 대문 안으로 들어가서 끝까지 쭉~ 걸어서 계단 위로 올라가면 숙소이름이 쓰여진 문이 보입니다. 동네 치안이 좋아서 밤 늦게 걸어다녀도 전혀 무섭지 않았어요. 또 걸어갈 수 있는 지하철 역이 많아서 좋아요. 공항철도가 지나가는 ‘Shivaji Stadium'역과 코넛플레이스 가운데에 있는 ‘Rajiv Chowk'역을 자주 이용했답니다. 친절👍 숙소 오기전에 왓츠앱으로 전화해서 잘 오고있는지 묻고 도착하니 비슬레리 물병과 함께 환대해주셨어요. 조식을 세심하게 챙겨주시는데 정말 맛있었어요! 재밌는일이 있었는데 조식먹다가 사장님이 짜이 마시는거 보고 레시피를 가르쳐줄 수 있냐고 물으니까 바로 부엌 데리고 가서 직접 만들어볼 수 있게 가르쳐주셨어요! 엄청 친절하게 알려주시고 재료도 하나하나 보여주시고.. 쿠킹클래스 돈내고 들을 필요가 없겠더라구요. 다음에 또 오면 인도음식도 알려주신데요ㅋㅋ 잘 챙겨준 사장님께 다시한번 감사드립니다🙏 숙소👍 일단 화장실이 정말 쾌적해서 좋았어요. 화장실용 슬리퍼도 주시고 옷장도 넓고 창이 넓어서 환기도 잘 되고~ 전체적으로 흠 잡을 곳이 없어요!

밖에 간판이 있으면 좋겠지만 딱히 문제될게 없다고 생각해요.

No option to pay by card . It’s not always easy to have cash when travelling so card option is always preferable
